Mobile ordering is always fast and convenient. Food was ready when I got there, right on schedule. Everything was great up to that point. I pop open my burrito bowl, and steak is almost nonexistent. Literally a morsel of steak, maybe an ounce of meat spread throughout. Presentation was poor, ‘corporate slop bowl’ is pretty accurate. I’ve seen better presentation from Taco Bell. Chips were fresh, but beyond salty. Overall, not impressed with this Chipotle location. 3/5. YMMV.

On a recent stop in town my wife and I were thoroughly impressed with this experience at Chipotle.

The restaurant was very busy but it didn’t take long to be served and the attendants did a fantastic job of making our burrito and bowl.

When I first picked up my burrito I couldn’t believe how hefty it was and I really appreciated that. The burrito stores were I am from, which are not Chipotle, are often very stingy with their burrito toppings. That clearly isn’t an issue here.

The flavours of everything were great. The veggies tasted like real veggies unlock other restaurants where I find the veggies are tasteless.

A minor gripe my wife and I had with this location was that the chips we ordered with the chips and queso blanco were definitely stale.

The state of the restaurant was also on the messy side but it was very busy so I could see the cleanliness being hard to upkeep with everyone addressing the customers that kept coming.

This was a great dining experience and I am very impressed with Chipotle that I would visit again when I get the chance.

Wow, really disappointing experience today. Historically I have enjoyed chipotle, but not today. The place was disgusting. There was food all over the floors, not a single clean table. The food station was dirty with food all over the place outside of its assigned places. The check out counter had obviously not been wiped down. None of the carbonated beverages had carbonation in them. There was not a clean place to sit and eat so I just took my food to my car to eat. Is this the norm for this establishment?

They seemed pretty understaffed today for it being 6:30/7pm. A line of 10 people and one person making the food. Occasionally a second person came over to do the toppings for him but it wasn’t often.
The guy making the food was probably new as he was pretty slow, but he did every single person’s food chef’s kiss perfect and beautiful and with a smile.
The girl who ocasionally came over to check people out or add toppings was seemingly miserable. No smile, short answers to anyone. After getting my food and realizing that the new fella hadn’t asked me if I wanted anything else so I forgot to order 3 kids meals, I asked that girl if I could add them on. She said no and that I’d need to pay and go to the back of the 10-person line then I got to the register and didn’t have exact change (that sign would have made a lot of sense BEFORE the register by the way, like where you order or something?) but told her I would have had exact change but had been planning on the three kids meals. She stared at me and walked away without a word to ask a lady what to do. The lady looked surprised and clearly said to do the kids meals because she came back and started making them without a word (PS I’m smiling and had just complimented the guy making the food on his attention to detail and he responded like a person, so she’s just in her head). At this point I decided to give her a big tip to try to help her have a better night. Who knows, maybe people are being nasty on top of the workers just being busy. No lie, when I told her she could keep the change as a tip ($50 bill, $32 check), she literally stared at me, rolled her eyes, and didn’t say a thing and proceeded to get her tip change from the register. Ah, she also told me that despite queso being a protein option on the app and in store anywhere I’ve been for kids meals, she said they can’t do that in the store.
You can’t make these things up. Unreal.

I frequently go to this location and they usually are pretty great, except yesterday they forgot my protein for my bowl… How do you forget to add steak? And if it was out of stock it should have been blocked out on the app so it can’t be ordered?? I’m really confused about this. Complained to pepper and thankfully got a free entree coupon but still what the hell??

Went to this location after a fairly long drive home. Used the bathrooms which were filthy. Trash can at the front door was filthy with food all over the top of it. Waited in line and the service area was filthy with food all over the counter. The server was literally dragging the bowls through the food and sauces on the counter. The whole facility was filthy. We left prior to placing our order.

Chicken burrito bowl is amazing. It seems I never get enough protein. Last time I was in there I waited until they put my chicken on and then I actually paid for double chicken and there was no way that second scoop was anywhere near what the first one was meaning it was shy. It’s such a good place to eat for them to skimp on the chicken I mean sometimes I’m asking for another half of scoop or less I mean seriously guys come on. Service is average at best atmosphere is plain Jane and typically the restaurants not that clean.

I love the food offered at Chipotle. This is my local branch and I order often times. Three times recently, I had a bad experience with my delivery at this from this store. They shorted my chicken serving twice. Tonight i literally got like 7 chicken pieces in my food. They were small too. Another time they packed sauce and sour cream so heavy it was seeping out of the sides. Their large queso cups are also not always filled to the sane line which is sad because thats the star of the show. I can never get enough queso!

I also want to note that you can not contact the store to speak to a human and give feedback and maybe find out which staff messed it up so they can learn from their mistakes.

We love Chipotle’s food, but this location is a real letdown. The food tastes good, and we keep coming back because we like the taste. However, every time I visit, it seems like something’s missing—literally! Since they introduced smoked brisket, I’ve tried five times to get it, and not once have they had any left by the time I get there.

To make matters worse, the place always feels disorganized. There are usually a lot of dirty tables that no one seems to be cleaning up, and other food options are often out of stock as well. They skim the portions because they don’t have enough for the line of people. It’s frustrating because the quality of the food is good, but the overall experience falls short. I hope they can get things in order soon, as this location has a lot of potential if managed well!

This Chipotle needs new management. Every time we come it’s always SOMETHING they are out of. Tonight it was steak and shredded cheese, last time it was rice, and the time before that it was corn and sour cream. You would think they’d have inventory management figured out by now Get new management.
