Do not sleep on this place. It’s a hole in the wall gas station, but the food is so good. You will wait to get your food, but only because they are fresh making it when you order it. We had the bacon cheese burger, the Royal, the BLT, and the Spicy Hawaiian. All were excellent I will be back

I’ve come twice now:
1st time the burger was amazing. Cook perfect to medium and the curly fries hot crisp. I had the mushroom Swiss burger with curly fries.
This 2nd visit my burger is raw in the middle and the curly fries are heavily salted. So this place is definitely hit and miss in consistency. Definitely won’t go back, I hate being disappointed more than once.

Was not expecting much from gas station food, but I was extremely surprised at how good their burgers were. Patty was 1/2 pound, apparently local beef. It was cooked perfectly and served on a sturdy bun. I had the Stone Cold Burger which came with green Chile and Monterey Jack cheese. It was delicious. Served with a generous portion of fries.

It’s a restaurant/convenience store/burger joint and they somehow do all 3 really well. Friendly staff, well organized and stocked store, and great food. If you’re nervous about it being a gas station don’t be. Prices, selection, and portions are amazing. Just do it. You won’t regret it.

Perfection and consistency. Powerburger is huge and the fries are crisp and delicious. Philly is sensational but not as filling as burger. Hot wings are fantastic and they have as little or as much heat as you can take. Fountain drinks with refills. Great hang out

Ate there today for their award winning
burgers. I had the “thrift shop” burger with fries. It was absolutely to die for. If you are traveling through, you owe it to yourself to go. Locals were swarming the place!
Also update: best philly cheese steak on the western slope!

My coworker and I stopped here for lunch. I had the Wake Up Call sandwich and I honestly don’t have the words for how delicious that sandwich is. It’s an incredibly tasty hamburger patty with one egg, bacon and hash brown all on a couple pieces of toasted buttery sourdough bread.
The hamburger patty was spicy as if it had a spicy Italian sausage mixed into it but I’m not exactly sure and I can’t wait to have it again.
The chef said everything is made there no pre-processed patties. Very good food and I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the Powerstop restaurant. I think this used to be a Circle K gas station building a long time ago but it’s so different now, Powerstop is a convenience store and gas station with incredibly good food with an unconventional atmosphere that I felt completely comfortable in and as I said I can’t wait to get back to try another great sandwich!

Really wanted to love the food here! Was excited based on the reviews. The burger was okay but it was very well done and dry, and overall lacked flavor. The sweet potato fries could also benefit from some salt/seasoning!

Ok I need to be real here. Was hesitant because it is a gas station and restaurant all in one. And they do it so well. The burger was phenomenal. My wife and I went to James Ranch and spent over $50 on burgers alone and felt sadly disappointed. But powerstop? They source locally and clearly put love into their cooking. It was not greasy at all and the stone cold burger was insanely good. Also to the one star review over the ai art… It’s a menu board. Get over it. They have artists paintings all over the shop. Get off your high horse
