I just don’t understand how this location can still get my order wrong. I ordered through Uber Eats and opened my bag and one drink was right and not the other one. You gave me a drink for someone named brandy time stamped at 12:47pm today. I put my order in at 2:54 or 3:54 from the label which half printed out on the correct drink that I could read. I ordered a tall dark roast-thanksgiving blend with a splash of oat milk and made with blonde espresso. This always happens somehow that they pack my order wrong and I only sometimes get an order right.

Nicall and her team always go above and beyond to take care of me…in big and small ways! Just this morning when I placed my order, Neesha brings me the coffee by coming around the counter to meet with with it when she could have just waited where she was! And yesterday Anna brings me my coffee…in the conference sitting area…with my butter…before I even went to order it. Why? Because she said she hadnt seen me all day and wanted to make sure I had my coffee! What? That’s why THIS is my Starbucks. Also shout outs to Tay, Vanessa, Cassie…all the staff, really! Thanks!

This Starbucks is consistently slow. I’ve just recently started working on this side of town and rain, sleet or sunny it takes this 20-30 minutes to get ANYTHING done. Specifically the last two days I’ve ordered ahead and upon arrival it’s taken over 10+ minutes for a croissant. 2 stars added because my order accuracy and flavor consistency is there. Please HIRE MORE people or take a training day!

You can repeat your order to these people 15 times and they will still get it wrong! Never have I had my order correct at this location I ordered a hot drink even said extra hot and they ring me up for an iced drink smh im done with this location id rather drive further out then waste my money here again.

At the beginning everything was good now workers have gotten too comfortable I order through the mobile app and get notified that my drink is ready, when I pull up I still wait another 30-40 min waiting for one drink! Drive thru is another nightmare 40 min just waiting! This should be a quick stop in and out like other Starbucks! Need better and faster service! Absolutely love. The manager kept reminding the staff to wash their hands which spoke volumes to me since I’m in healthcare. My only complaint is that they didn’t have half and half. I would love for this to be MY GO starbucks but if they don’t have half and half… it’s a deal breaker for me. Overall 9/10

Took 20 minutes to receive 2 very simple drinks. Most people drove off and I would’ve too but I had a gift card to use up. Despite the wait they came out incomplete without the lid stopper or heat sleeve. This wasn’t even a time that was a rush just very poor service. Not interested in returning after such a wait on what should’ve been a quick stop. What a shame.
