The snack packs are awesome for a quick meal. Must get the special sauce, though. Their toasted bread is a great addition as well. The only problem I have is that I often get cheated on the chicken. I typically get the 4 piece, and I’ll end up getting on 3, or I’ll get 3 plus a small nugget.

Rather busy on a Friday night, so why would they serve cold fries? You would think that they would be serving them as fast as they cooked them. I got the chicken and shrimp and can’t say it was worth the money. This used to be a good place to grab a bite to eat, not so anymore.

Won’t be back. Zaxby’s has gone downhill over the past several years, nothing like it was when first opened. I wish we had a Raising Cane’s, which are clean and well-run. This store on N Parkway is dirty. The fingers are small and overcooked. Only 4 sauce packs provided for 20 fingers, additional sauce packs are extra charge. Also, the mobile app kept throwing an error that “the payment couldn’t be processed right now”, so had to go in to the store to place the order instead of drive thru pickup.

The order taker guy in the drive thru was too abrupt and brisk for me. I had no menu to look at and he kept ignoring my questions about the menu, as he tried to rush me along. BTW No one else was in the line with me at the time.. The young lady that took the payment was polite.
The chicken as pictured was scarce…disappointed. But it did taste great…so that was nice.

Terrible service, cold food, missing items. All while spending almost $60. Was shorted 2 drinks, cookies, fries, and some chicken in the meals. When I asked about it, I got “well, I put it in there”. Asked for a fork and was told to drive around (was in the drive through) and pick one up inside. Do not recommend coming at this location.

I believe this is the most pathetic attempt at a meal I have ever gotten from a Zaxbys. I ordered chicken fingers, not chicken nuggets. The wings are barely sauced and the “toast” is a piece of bread. For $30 for two meals I feel violated. I would say it is an April fools joke but this is May. The manager said they would remake it and I declined. They felt it was acceptable to serve this and were fine with it until I complained. No thank you. The girl at the front counter was as about as rude as you can get when we entered as well. There is a reason they don’t wear name tags.

It was not very full inside but the line in the drive thru was very long. I was waiting on several people for more than 10 minutes. While waiting I noticed a couple who was there long before I got there. They were waiting for their food and had already gotten their drinks. I asked what they got jokingly saying I didnt want to order the same because I couldn’t wait that long. They said, you gotta order chicken. Well we did when my party got there. Not sure why t hi eyes had to wait so long. We got our food quickly. It was really good. The manager checked on everyone in the dining room several times. It was appreciated.

A fly was in my salad.. I know it came from Zaxby’s. I literally did not open the container until I went on my lunch break. There are no flies in here. I’m grossed out and disgusted. Called the store 4x to no avail.
