This was an awful experience. I submitted an online order on a summer Saturday at 7:15 PM scheduled for pickup at 8:20-8:30PM. I received the confirmation text that the order was received at 8:20PM. The order was ready at 9:00PM. My wife picked it up and when I opened the bag, it was not even the correct order. I ordered the Kung Pao bowl + 2 Bao—the Bao were correct but the bowl was Chicken Teriyaki. Both the Bao and the bowl were lukewarm on first bite. From pickup counter to unboxing about 15 minutes had gone by. The portions were of low value for $19+. I can get a cheesesteak from Leo’s in Folcroft for 2/3 the price and get a second meal out of it. I’m willing to give this place a second chance with hopes this was a fluke experience, but for the price-to-portion ratio it will be a once or twice a year kind of meal.
