Our server Yasmeen was wonderful and cheerful while serving us. She was also very attentive. We had many laughs and will plan on coming back and requesting we be seated with her again. She was also very understanding of my autistic sibling which is always appreciated as my sister takes a longer time to order than most.
Jackie was also a very good server, she brought our food out and was very sweet. We loved her necklace from her daughter.

Yasmeen and Jackie had wonderful service made me feel very comfortable at the restaurant. Our party felt very pleased to be here and had nice chats with the staff. The food was very good I had the eggs and toast an bacon it was very good came out nice and hot. The bacon was perfect. Will be returning soon.

So good! Hadn’t been to a Big Boy in forever. We had the Big Boy w/fries, potatoes pancakes & fried pickles. Everything was so good and fresh. Our server, Yasmine was the absolute Best part of dinner! She was so super sweet, kind and very attentive. She went over and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience. ( Side note, she was super cute and her smile will turn your whole day around)

My breakfast companion invited me out. 9:30am it was pretty slow but it worked out for us because food came out quit. I ordered the spinach and feta omelette with hash brown. My companion ordered an American cheese omelette with hash browns and wheat toast. I could tell my spinach was frozen and it was a little more than necessary. Not enough feta and the Hashbrowns were over cooked. Server was amazing and so was Jackie. My companion enjoyed her meal but I probably won’t be back. 30$ including tip

You don’t have to ask for much cause she has the extra straw, napkins, plates whatever… She thinks ahead for her customers. And not to mention her gorgeous Aura. BIG BOY you have a diamond. I ordered the classic breakfast.. eggs were undercooked, hash browns were mostly raw and the sausage was rubbbery. The pancakes were delicious, tho. I had coffee… another waitress gave me a refill then I had to try and flag down my waitress for another refill which someone else ended up bringing. My waitress finally came over one time -when I was already done eating. Hostess and cashier were really nice, waitress was pleasant..her service just sucked.. sorry won’t be going back there

I wish i didnt have to write this. It has been years since i have eaten there, and i use to love it so my husband and i got take out today. Soooo disappointing! We got two burgers, two loaded fries and one regular fry..$43!! I thought for sure for $10 the loaded fries would be a nice portion. Got home and they were in a tiny container..literally a small handful of fries with the “loaded” just slapped in the middle. Then they forgot the regular fries. The burger was huge but it was so messy, the bun was instantly soggy and fell apart. Bummed me out so bad

Terri was my server and she was so kind. I came in by myself and she made me feel welcome I had the Lumberjack stuffed Potato Pancakes and a side of fruit. The food was super yummy. Terri and the rest of the team were on the ball making sure coffee was filled and hot.

Someone is not ordering correctly. I couldn’t have the Ruben Cornbeef since I don’t like coleslaw because they didn’t have the other option. I ordered a Big Boy sandwich and the meat wasn’t even hit but Luke warm. My family and I love Big Boys but we wont be returning we have had to many food issues. Our waitress was super sweet and apologized but it wasn’t her fault.
