It was really disappointing because normally you get a well-made sundae. I stopped by the drive-thru to grab something for dinner, and the girl who handed me my bag almost dropped it, like she was upset or having a bad day. After a few minutes eating in my car, I decided to order a sundae before heading home. When I got to the window, she handed me a cup with barely any ice cream in it. It honestly felt rushed and careless, and it was a big disappointment compared to what I usually receive.

Absolutely no care taken of the lobby. Messed were everywhere, no table tents were returned, and overall a very unsanitary, gross environment. And I know sometimes when it’s busy it can be hard to keep up but when I was in here there were 3 customers. All with their food. Step up your game guys I used to love this location. Service was nice but please clean up where customers eat.

I come to this McDonald’s all the time! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and get the food out quick. (When it’s not busy) One of my concerns is the sanitation of everything. Whenever I go inside, there are wrappers and crumbs everywhere. I saw a janitor inside the building surrounded by things to be cleaned, and he was on his phone. This made me feel like my food may have been somewhere that was not sanitized or even partially cleaned. I went to breakfast with my friends at 9 in the morning and there was trash everywhere. It looked as if the place wasn’t cleaned the night before. Another thing is that the self serving soda machine is not there. It had been there for all the 9 years I have lived here, but the past two ish years it just hasn’t been there. Other than that I enjoy coming here with my friends, but I definitely will not be coming as often.

Went through the drive-thru which was not busy at the time. The order taker was very slow taking my order but pleasent. Pulled up and paid. I got my drink then they had me pull up to the “wait ” window. I waited while 3 other cars got their food which isn’t a big deal but once I got home… well.
The fries were cold and wimpy, stacked on top of my chicken sandwich and on top of all of it was my burger I’m a box which consequently smashed everything. Burger and chicken sandwich were thrown together sloppily and had to be fixed when I got home.
Not sure what happened here or if it’s just a one off but this used to be the best location around.
Hope it gets better.

This review is solely on costumer service as McDonald’s food is well McDonald’s food. My daughter had to use the bathroom and almost had and accident. I love the idea of a locked bathroom door for clean reasons but when you are asking for attention and saying excuse me not a single employee would come help to press the button to unlock the door.

Order#858 I gave it a 3, sometimes they’re okay but sometimes doesnt look like its fresh. But I just order and my sandwich is messed up… Does not say ketchup… Look at your orders before leaving.

Ordered 2 quarter pounders they were both desert dry! The French fries had an awful taste to them. Young kids blocking the doorways and running in and out of the bathrooms. I haven’t been to a McDonald’s for several years and won’t go back. How do they stay in business. It cost me $30. Just a few dollars more and I could have had a good meal.

Ordered a Big Mac meal…and this is what I got! I reached out online to the National office to share my experience. Filled out a survey, and never got a response. I’ve stopped going to McDonald’s. Better off going to In and Out up the street!
