First time having Carl’s Jr. I like their burgers because they have fresh lettuce, onions, and tomatoes. It feels more real and healthier than McDonald’s. It tastes less good than McDonald’s though. I honestly really liked their breakfast burger, there was bacon, hashbrowns, and egg inside I really liked their egg. It tasted real and I would definitely get it again. Cashier was super nice and the interior was super clean and pretty cute because it was decorated.

I used the drive thru today. The burger was decent but didn’t look anything like the picture of it. The fries were pretty good. The shake was very thin, like drinking flavored half and half. I ordered a chocolate cake that wasn’t in the bag when I got home. I’m not taking a second trip down there. The girl at the window was very friendly and polite. For $20 I’m full but not satisfied.

Yesterday I came into the store and the service was absolutely phenomenal. I noticed there was only two young ladies and the two people in the back working together to provide great service and fresh meals. Yeraldeen was the girl who helped me. Great Smile. And Great Service. Catered to all my wife’s and I’s needs. It is clear they have great rolemodels in which not alot of fast food restaurants have. I love this Carl’s location! The best one by far! Will be coming back. Thank you!!!

Normally they are on point. Dont go on the weekend nights though. The diner is full of customers, they got like 4 Uber eats waiting for the orders, the drive thru is packed and they have 2 sloths working the lines. Unless you don’t mind the wait. Tonight is not the night.

Yesterday I ordered a jalapeno double cheeseburger Burger Thur the drive Thur I forgot to order it plain I went back inside to have them remake it there was only 1 persona in kitchen really busy there’s this big guy in frount yelling at her to do her job right I told him it was my mistake I forgot to order it plain and there’s this girl name Emma manger that Came Up to him and told him that he’s doing a good job yelling at kids and that’s abuse of power. That’s sad. He wasn’t only yelling at the girl from the kitchen but also two girls that we’re in drive-through. Get better staffing That’s absolutely no OK

Fantastic customer service. Food was made and served very quickly (under 5 min). Aaron is a great manager and deserves a raise! He made sure we got any sauces we wanted and even offered a refill. I definitely recommend this location. A+++

My husband and I went for lunch today and Aaron the General Manager for the store took our order we were so pleased with his friendliness and efficiency. The atmosphere is wonderful we heard him compliment his team everyone was smiling we were so impressed with this restaurant we can’t wait to go back! The food was delicious too. Aaron and his team go above and beyond!

So I did a mobile order I had two fish sandwiches on the way to pick up my daughter. I was eating one of them and I started to notice the brown lettuce that was really wilted so I had to take pieces of the brown wilted lettuce out there was quite a bit And then on the second fish sandwich I was gonna give it to my daughter, but then something told me to check the lettuce and stuff and I find this big brown piece of maybe lettuce. I don’t know what it is but it’s very disgusting. I would’ve went back and told them right away, but I don’t wanna be late picking up my daughter .. I know when things happen they’re always friendly and they’re always willing to make things right but maybe if the cooks would’ve been more careful what they throw inside of the sandwiches before it starts it wouldn’t happen. But Staff is always friendly when I go there and the fish Patty was delicious, but I’m definitely not giving my daughter the second sandwich I’m gonna toss it

I placed an order on doordash at 3/3/2024 at 8:00 pm and my order was all screwed up. First I ordered a Sourdough Star and I ordered it with only bacon and cheese what I got was not even remotely edible (pics Below) as the sourdough was not even toasted it was soggy, also I got 2 hamburger patties and a single patty sandwich, and last but not least no bacon at all. I also ordered 2 waffle fries and I didn’t even receive them. out of 4 items 1 was correct.
