This was the worst Taco Bell in Anchorage. I ordered a beef chalupa meal with no tomato and I got two cold chicken chalupa that taste like freaking tuna with tomatoes. Then with all that my chalupa falls apart after one bite into it OMFG ♀️ This Is Definitely Not Worth Your Money Nor Your Time

I would put zero if it was an option. Not sure if it was just a bad day today but my food could have been made better with care. Ordered multiple things but my two orders of nacho fries were not cooked all the way and some were not even cooked. The chicken grilled cheese burrito was burnt and did not have the right fillings. I can tell someone did not handle order with care and was poorly made. It was my first time not enjoying this location. Every other time was up to standard.

I hadn’t been to a Taco Bell in years; not since I was a loyal fan while still working. Being retired now, while running errands and in need of some food to adjust my low blood sugar, I stopped in this location. I was the only one there. The most recent remodel is very sterile and not at all inviting. A group of hired kids were just standing around behind the counter talking. I spent 15 dollars on probably the worst food I have ever had in my life. Quesadillas are not supposed to be over the top soggy. So-called ground beef is not supposed to be over the top greasy. The only good thing about my meal was the Diet Pepsi. When I left, I was still hungry and my stomach hurt. I will never, and I mean never, come back to this place again. It was downright awful.

Ordered a Discovery Luxe Box with sour cream added to the tacos, 0.85 which wasn’t added. Asked for 2 beef and bean burritos. The cashier charged 5.38 for bean burritos plus 2.00 for seasoned beef to be added. All I received were very thin bean burritos. Asked for 6 mild sauces and received none.

I’ve been here twice in 2 different weeks. Both online pickup orders had an incorrect item. The food was fresh, but things like filling the nacho cheese cups under 1/2 full and not enough fillings in quesadillas and burritos is ridiculous when I’m paying a premium for fast food.
