Nothing was inherently bad with the food service or atmosphere.But an hour after we got home, our cups started to bleed the color on them.Just comes off onto your hands and fabric and anything.And stains them and it’ll take a little bit to get out.But the fabric is completely ruined and I can’t get that out.But my hand is slowly coming off of it

I am on Weight Watches and the salad with osaka chicken is such a great meal for me. My husband gets regular osaka bowl with extra meat and he loves it. Great food, great food…GREAT FOOD …Highly recommend. Really does well for takeout. Meals stay hot and delicious.

My coworker ordered us delivery for lunch and even though it’s a bit far from work it arrived in a timely manner and HOT! I got the pork yakisoba bowl and added broccoli. I’ve never eaten here before and it’s honestly SO good! Pork’s a tiny bit dry but the sauce helps. The noodles are chewy and the veggies are perfectly cooked. I look forward to eating from here again!

I paid for 6 pot stickers. They were weirdly wet and cold and I only received 4… Thanks for saving me from eating the other 2 i guess. However I was left hungry considering it was the only thing I was eating because my stomach is sensitive to acidic food. Not only were the pot stickers disappointing, my fiance got the osaka, it tasted different then normal, like straight vinegar. We got 90/10 slaw and rice which is an upcharge. They gave us 50/50. Better going to a different location.

Really disappointed with this experience. They might of been going through a bad period but it took over 10 minutes to put my order in and the portion was super small for the price.

We placed an order online and when we got home with the food, we noticed there were zero vegetables in any of the dishes. They had also forgot an item. We double checked our order to make sure we ordered them correctly, then called the store to inquire about their mistake. We were told they forgot to include those and would be happy to remake the dishes for us. My husband drove back to the store and was handed veggies (NOT remade dishes) in containers and sent on his merry way, no apology, no offer for a discount or gift card anything. By the time he got home, our food was cold. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. The staff member told me a manager wasn’t available and hung up on me. I proceeded to call several times after only for my call to be ignored. I had to drive back to the store myself to demand a refund because of not only our food being made wrong, but the lack of customer service. Devan, the manager, refused to even speak to me and just simply told me I wasn’t allowed to be in the store any longer. When I asked for proof of a refund because of this terrible experience, I was told to leave the store and call the police if it’s a problem. After being a local customer for many years here, I will never return and highly recommend others don’t give their money to this terrible business either. Absolutely disgusting behavior by staff.

Noodle express rarely misses. Although they can not have online orders ready at times- they are always very busy & i only have to wait a few minutes for it. Drive through attendants always hook up the extra sauces- without even having to ask- which is a nice touch. A bit spendy, but its worth it.
