I was seriously wondering if I did something wrong by ordering food here. I got the distinct vibe that the guy was severely irritated by my desire to buy some food here. The busted up partial patty I got on my burger tasted good I guess but the floor, tables and drink machines are kinda dirty. I definitely don’t go back to places I’m not welcome but it seems the whole town is this way so I’ll bring my lunches to work from now on.

They must be insane to have the prices so high. Why anyone would not go to in n out or culvers and pay 1/2 price is beyond me. Burgers are pretty good when they are consistent but they arent even consistent either.

First off, the hamburgers were cold—like they’d been sitting out for 20 minutes before hitting the counter. For a place that prides itself on fresh, made-to-order food, this was a huge letdown.
The staff? Unfriendly and clearly overwhelmed. No greeting, no eye contact, and zero sense of urgency. It was game day, and instead of stepping up, they shut down. They even refused to give out water cups unless you purchased a drink. Seriously? Charging for water during a packed event is just petty.
The bathrooms were disgusting—sticky floors, overflowing trash, and no soap. It felt like they hadn’t been cleaned all day.
Worst of all, it took 45 minutes to get our food because there were 20 orders ahead of us. No updates, no apologies, just a long wait in a cramped space with nowhere to sit.
This was hands-down one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in Boulder. Skip this location and find a spot that values its customers and basic cleanliness.

Fries were under done and under seasoned, one burger was missing the mayo, lettuce, tomato that belongs on an All The Way burger as well as the BBQ on the patty itself. The other burger was missing it’s A1 and Hot Sauce.
Just over a 7 minute ticket time, but if we had been secret shoppers this wouldn’t have been a 100.

Excellent burger joint for those needing just a good ‘ol burger and fries. Clean establishment with friendly staff this Five Guys has plenty of room for guests inside and out. Patio seating is adjacent to ample parking in view of those fast food competitors that can’t hold a candle to Five Guys amazing burgers. The best eats on the 29th Street Mall in Boulder.

My family came in today and we got a large amount of food but they were quick to get it out to us. Everything on our order was correct and delicious. I had tried the coffee shake but really didn’t like it, and they offered to remake it for me in another flavor which was very kind. The experience was very good!

I wanted to try this place to see what the hype was about, it did not disappoint me. The fries were incredibly salty and though pretty expensive we’re worth it. The burger was juicy and delicious, and everyone working there was nice.
