On 10/25/25 I was on a road trip and stopped at the store on Martin Luther King Jr Drive in Greensboro, NC. It was a very rainy day, there was no standing water anywhere but their floors were like an ice skating rink. I walked into the bathroom and with my first step inside, I slipped and slid across the room and fell with one leg sprawled out to the side and landed directly on my right knee. I tried to catch myself on the metal trash can attached to the wall and also injured my wrist. I called my daughter who was in the dining room and she came and helped me walk to the nearest chair available. There was another customer waiting when we exited the bathroom and I warned her that the floor was very slick. She walked in carefully and agreed that it was dangerously slick. My knee was immediately turning purple and my daughter asked the cashier for some ice for my injury and told her that I fell in the bathroom. She got hateful and said “what do you expect me to do about it?” The shift manager then snapped at another employee and said “go take pictures of the signs just in case she wants to try to sue somebody” and that employee proceeded to walk around and take pictures of the signs. Not a single employee ever asked if I was ok or offered any kind of assistance at all. I did tell the lady taking the pictures that the signs didn’t make the floor any less slippery. They didn’t give us a receipt for our order (which sat on the counter and got cold while all of this was going on) I assume so that we didn’t have a store number or a phone number to call since this is a franchise store. There was no mention of an incident report and honestly after all of that I wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. I have since been diagnosed with 2 tears in my meniscus, several small fractures in my femur, tendonitis in my ACL and a severe contusion on my tibia. I also have fluid on my knee and am in a full brace and on crutches. I am extremely disappointed in the way this situation has been handled by both the employees and the customer service line available on the app. I was told through the app on the day of the incident that my complaint would be forwarded to the franchise owner and I would be contacted by them and that has not happened. I have since tried multiple times to find a number for the franchise owner and have been told that this is private information and cannot be shared. I am extremely tempted to speak with an attorney about this issue. I would appreciate at least a little acknowledgment that this is actually a real problem and something be done about the way it was handled.

I wish it broke stars down by individual people rather than a whole. The person that took my order and payment was okay. The lady that handed me my food at the second window was NOT. I was patiently waiting for almost 10min for my orders, I had 2 separate orders. The woman with face piercings and 2inch long jeweled up nails (which is NOT appropriate for working with food) pretty much slung 2 bags out the window. I asked her if it was both orders, she said yes. I asked if it was everything, and told her what all I had in both orders. She has a straight attitude for no reason whatsoever, closes the window talking crap to the other workers. She slings the other bag out too. I did let her know that customer service is not for her. And to take those nasty nails off touching people’s food. Needless to say, I will never visit this location again.

I had ordered me and my boyfriend lunch. Placing the order was no problem; no attitude or confusion. It’s when i pulled up to the window that i had issues. The women working in the window with nails that don’t fit health code (i work in the restaurant department myself), had a terrible tone when i had asked if both orders were in bag she’d handed me. Flicking her wrist back and forth, rolling her eyes and slamming the window in my face when i had already been waiting ten-fifteen minutes for my food. Turns out one of my meals were missing as i assumed by the weight of the bag and when i informed her…again-attitude,rolling eyes, flapping her hands arounds as if telling me to “go on somewhere”. When i finally got my food after ten more minutes of waiting, more unacceptable customer service was dealt my way when i just wanted to enjoy a hot lunch.

Had a mobile order put in 10min b4 arrival got to drive thru and told em what the mobile order was and they accepted and told me to pull up and they gave me the wrong order twice and so I had to go inside and show em the mobile order and they had a attitude with me even tho they confirmed my order and gave me the wrong thing twice. Bad overall experience prob won’t b coming back to this one .

We were working in Greensboro. Lunch time came around. BK lounge came up.
The parking lot was clean and the staff gave us a warm greeting. The cashier was friendly and asked me how I wanted the meal, large or what not. I ordered a double whopper with cheese and had extra onions. The whopper was neat,the cheese was melted evenly. I had onion rings as well. Great experience! I would most definitely eat here again. I highly recommend this Burger King!

Food was cold, bread was stale. The dinning area had something sticky spread all over the floor not just around the sofa machine The one gleaming but of sunshine was the worker. The bathroom had a horrendous smell coming from the drain in the floor

Made an online order after taking the kids trick or treating. Got to restaurant waited over an hour in drive thru. Got 2 sealed bag headed home. Got home opened the bag and noticed several items was missing: 5 large fries, 2 8 piece jalapeño bites, 2 8 piece cheesy tots. My mother rode back to the location and told them the items was missing. They refused to give the items. They called the GM of the location and she instructed them not to remake my food because that was too much missing for us not to notice at the drive thru window (bag was sealed). I contacted corporate and they reached out to the GM again who again refused to help. Instead they offered 2 15.00 gift codes. . . No I don’t want gift codes for 30.00 when yall left 50.00 worth of food out of my order. I will never go to this location. They are so desperate for money they are stealing from their customers. Go here at your own risk. I guess I was suppose to hold up the drive through and rip open bags and verify an order with over 25 items at the window.

I ordered a double whopper with cheese combo and took them along enough to make my food. They were busy at the drive thru & inside the dining room. Went straight home, and my food was cold. I didn’t have time to take it back or call cause it was at night when they were bout to close. So don’t know if I’ll be back.
