TL;DR: Feeling overworked and sick, I ordered a P1 pho from Golden Palace right at closing. They kindly stayed open a little late so I could pick it up. The soup was “life-bringing,” made me feel almost completely healed 30 minutes later, and was exactly what I needed.
I needed a pho dish. I’ve been working hard and my body was yelling back. I called them up and ordered a P1 to go 20 min before closing. They kept their doors open 10 min extra so I could pick it up. I drove 20 min just to get this soup and boy it was worth it. I dumped ALL of the ingredients in a bowl except some of the jalapeños and devoured the soup. This soup was one of the most life bringing soups of all time. I felt almost completely healed 30 min later. Ive gotten this soup before in other places but first time here. I got exactly what I expected. It tasted great, It healed me. I needed this. Thank you Golden Palace Crew l, you saved me.

I walked in to order a to go meal for me and my family. Immediately I was greeted by a friendly staff, I asked for some time to decide what I want and when I asked questions about similar dishes the owner shared what would be similar to what I was asking for. The atmosphere was family oriented. The prices were good, the food was delicious. Will be going back. Thank you so much to the owner for being so warm and friendly.

Update: recently came back in and the place has made some upgrades. Was a much better experience than the last. We both did the mixed vermicelli bowls and it was really good.
We stopped by for a Sunday lunch. Got a seat right away but it took a pretty long time before someone came to take our order. If you order the sweet tea ask for a side water as it is really sweet (like sugar water).
I order the Bun Bo Hue, broach was spicy with a fishy kinda of base flavor. It said it had well done brisk and it was a little too well done for my taste. The noddle was a spaghetti which was different but not bad. There regular Pho has a better taste to me. The wife had her standard mixed vermicelli bowl. It didn’t come with the normal fish sauce so we asked and they brought some out and apologized, no problem. She ate the meats and left most the noodles, so I’d say it was ok. The place is ok.

After the disappointment at Quickly, had to try this place’s banh mi.
Hands down, far above, so much better. Plenty of tastier meat, better quality ingredients, bigger portion, and only a couple dollars more. Even with the longer drive, I’d much rather go here to eat again. The staff is amazing as well.
Edit: came back, got chicken spring rolls, the special spring rolls, and pho. All of it pho-nomenal

They’re usually a miss on fried rice. My goodness they have the worst. It’s always hard and you can’t even heat it up and add water to get it good. There were hard pieces in it. The best food they have I believe is the beef stew. That’s the only thing I would get here. Fried rice, you’re better off at tudos. Theirs is the best aside from ichibans.

Excellent Vietnames restaurant with wonderful servers! I first tried this restaurant about 10 years back, and the quality of food stays the same. They offer vegetarian vegan options too!

The Food is good here. We liked the way the soup tasted. We do hesitate that being this tasty like any other places if they add MSG? For the most part it seems ok and has that real broth taste to it. Customer service is good. Taking our orders was fast and accurate. But asking for a small bowl took forever to come to our table. And the server who took our orders seems like he forgot or just didn’t care since the other lady cleaning the table brought it to us. Will still come here but more aggressive next time with our server to follow through.

Food is good and something special and genuine about the owner. Shockingly an owner of a restaurant that I see everytime im there and somehow wind up speaking beyond a hello when I walk in. The staff there are friendly too. I like the big fish tank there.
