It was our first time visiting. We went through the drive-thru and ordered the Lemon pepper wing meal and Chipotle ranch chicken tacos. The wings were a bit tangy and salty but still tasty. Loved the chicken fingers, thick fries, and crispy bread. The tacos were good too, and the service was very fast. Great experience overall!

I placed an order on DoorDash. I ordered three chicken quesadillas. Order arrives no issue. My dasher was great. Open the food and all three quesadillas are missing the chicken. I prefer chicken quesadillas. All that was in them was cheese and barely any peppers or onions. I reported it to door dash and they clearly don’t care and only want to refund me my money. My husband called the store and the woman who answered the phone that it was hilarious that are order was messed up. Customer service is about making sure your customer is satisfied not that your customer has a laugh. I am disappointed cause I’ve never had this issue with Zaxby before. I will never order on door dash again or return to Zaxby.

After placing my order in the drive thru and paying for my food, I was asked to pull forward because the kids meal was still being worked. After informing me to pull forward the worker was about to turn away, until I reminded them that I needed my drinks. I pulled forward after receiving my drinks and waited. I frequent this Zaxby’s location because I truly enjoy the food quality. However, today the quality was well below standard. When I arrived home I pulled out the Zensation salad and there was NOTHING Zensarional about it. The presentation was horrible, and the taste was subpar due to the sauce not being evenly spread and there barely being any lettuce/salad ingredients. I was highly dissatisfied and disappointed. Next time I will ensure to check prior to pulling off, but I feel I shouldn’t have to.

This location is one of the worst in the country. I love Zaxby’s food, but this store, and especially the night crew, is the worst one to go to. Unfortunately it’s the only one in town so it’s my only choice. I’ve had multiple bad experiences with them, but the night of 2/7/26 was the worst. My chicken tenders smelled like they had been cooked in burnt grease with cigarette butts; and they tasted like they smelled. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. The workers are sorry, and because of that the food is trash.

So much for being in the area and wanting a quick bite. Here’s the new “big” “quesadilla” what a joke! For starters look at this madness? Sloppy, soggy tortilla with meat thrown inside jokes on me for thinking they could deliver an quesadilla in the first place. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to go back and toss it straight back through the window and get my money back. I did however toss it in the nearest trash because it was barely edible! Let’s just say this place has gone down hill and never again will I stop there! Oh, don’t get me started on the funny tasting drinks

I honestly don’t understand who decided to hire this staff. The attitude is terrible from the very beginning, as if providing good service were a punishment. On top of that, they have employees with nails so long they can barely work efficiently, which makes the service painfully slow.
And to make matters worse, the woman with the exaggerated eyebrow extensions and that awful attitude makes the experience even worse — zero friendliness, zero willingness to help, just constant bad energy.
I waited 65 minutes for my order, watching everything move at an absurdly slow pace. I left feeling frustrated, annoyed, and completely disappointed. Honestly, this was the last time I’ll ever come here. Terrible service and an experience that leaves a lot to be desired.

Awful visit this time cashier asked my name the asked how to spell it. Its Don. Then tried several times to ring up 2 wings and things one tossed in lemon the other in mild hot sauce I got my order quick how ever after the cashier issue I checked my order and yep it was wrong they did not toss the second order in the mild sause. So they gave me sauce in a container I then got my order with some attitude. But I left peacefully. O ly tto find out they stiffed me on my drinks. The food is ok but the service is lacking. I should add they were NOT busy myself and one more inside and two in the drive thru.

Very nice location now, under new management with a new opening time of 10:00am great customer service, good food, clean restrooms. Everything is made to order here , So it takes time to make. This location has DoorDash/Uber eats pick up. So please tip your delivery driver. At Lunch time to drive thru is long. And inside dining is ok but flows ok for the most part.

to whom it may concern, i’m contacting you in regards to my most recent visit at zaxbys in hinesville georgia. we ordered our food inside and had to wait over 30 minutes for our change since they were out of 20’s and 10’s, aside from the wait they also forgot we were waiting on our change. aswell as walking to our table asking if we had milkshakes awhile after getting our food. our food was also cold and we didn’t get the sauces we had asked for, so we had to go back up to the counter to asked for them again. mind you we were the only people inside so they were not busy AT ALL, aside from the other couple standing at the counter. overall we were extremely disappointed by the experience today, after having to choose zaxbys to eat for our valentines dinner since we couldn’t get into anywhere else due to the wait list times.

The lady on the intercom stated I had to go back around to place my order with someone who was standing outside (who was not vigilant when I pulled up) when I pulled up. It Didn’t make sense so I decided not to give my service.
