I’m so tired of how they seem to hate serving breakfast at this location and why is breakfast over at 10:30?? What is wrong with breakfast here? What’s wrong with it going at least thru 11:30? So I got there at 10:26 thinking I made it just in time! Then the guy in front of me takes at least 5 minutes to place the order- the menu changes and the guy taking my order 1.) DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH and 2.) has a bad attitude and says breakfast is over. It’s technically still breakfast time because it’s before noon- so again why does breakfast end at THIS location at 10:30? Then he says we don’t have any more egg McMuffin at all- well, in his language that’s what it sounded like and then there was static and other loud noise- I managed to get an order of hotcakes but nothing more. Terrible English again wants me to round up for charity- absolutely not happening now or ever again at McDonald’s with the employees that hate serving breakfast and don’t speak the AMERICAN language. I don’t care if it’s broken English- but no English? come on, what a joke this location is now. fix the breakfast time too- I’m so frustrated it ends at 10:30 on a Saturday and Sunday morning- should go til 11:30 just a bad brutal experience!

Not the cleanliest of McDonalds, not like the Bear family McDonalds that surround them. I have been here 4 times in the last few weeks, sometimes just for an iced tea, yet every single order has had issues. My favorite being that iced tea here is not considered a fountain drink, so you can’get iced tea with any rewards or meal deals.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at this McDonald’s. I was charged twice for my meal because the staff member didn’t know what he was doing. He told me the payment didn’t go through, so I paid again — only to later find out both transactions were successful and they took my money twice.
When I came back to resolve the issue, instead of helping me, the manager was extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely dismissive. He didn’t apologize, didn’t take any responsibility, and even blamed me and my bank. That is completely unacceptable behavior, especially from a manager. It’s clear that this location lacks proper training in both customer service and basic transaction handling.
If you value your time, your money, and being treated with basic respect, avoid this place. I’m filing a complaint with corporate as well. This is not how customers should be treated — ever

Walks closed, and they don’t fill their fries all the way. I only ordered a french fry should be full. The over hang on the box is supposed to be filled. That’s 30% of my fries I’m missing. Came by two weeks later and another underfilled fry. Also the drive in is dangerous with 2 lanes merging into one. You’ll get cut off for a big mac.

Very clean! And the staff is very nice and helpful. We got caught in the rain with our dog and baby while on a walk. My husband had to walk back to our house in the rain to get the car, and one of the employees generously offered for us to use their umbrella! So nice!
