The food was flavorless. The veggies tasted like mineral water with not seasoning. The onions weren’t cooked and good thing I like rare steak because that was what I got. I hope you like onions too. Some were cooked while others weren’t. The soup and salad was great! Everything else was terrible. The soda was severely flat. The server was nice but I will not be coming back. The sushi was fine. There’s more but I will just leave it with that.

The experience was nice. We had to wait to be seated because all our party was not there. The wait time for food service was a bit long. Not sure why. But people that came in after us received there meal before us.

For my first time here, I really did enjoy myself. Watching the food being made in front of you, the chef having playfully banter. I also think it’s a great place to socialize and meet new people around you. Your not seated at you own table like a regular restaurant you will be seated with other people so if you don’t want that I suggest coming with a group. Food was delicious and fresh definitely took some home proportions are pretty nice. I will definitely go again.

I have been to this location a handful of times over the years. Never had an issue with the service until last night.
Stumbled across the reviews before I went. A common complaint was the service. I 100% agree with this complaint.
It was Saturday. It was busy. That wasn’t the issue. Our table was seated. 15/20 minutes pass before we are greeted by our server. Server had a little chip on her shoulder, but whatever. Everyone orders drinks. Those arrived pretty quickly. Then our waitress was MIA for about 30 minutes. Returns to take our food orders. Salad and soup come out pretty fast. Then nothing for a good 45 min. No check in’s, no cook, all of us are looking at our watches. The table behind us that was seated after us is now eating their food. A couple of us had to get up from the table and walk to the bar to get refills. The cook finally appears and he’s not much of a talker. I believe we heard a total of 6 words come out of his mouth the entire time he was cooking. The food I ordered was good, no complaints there. However, my expected hour & a half dinner turned into a 3 hour dinner that I wasn’t planning on. Not sure I will be returning due to this.

I went to this restaurant for my aunts birthday, and I had the pleasure of having Hailey as my server! She was very polite and kind throughout the entire night. If I could write her customer service 1000 out of 5 stars, I definitely would!! The food was also good and well seasoned and the meat was tender and juicy! If I would like this type of experience again, I will be sure to visit this location again!!!!

I had a really disappointing experience here. The middle-aged Asian lady who took my order had a terrible attitude — I barely sat down for 10 seconds before she was already rushing me to order. She didn’t even bring me water; I had to ask another waiter for it. That other waiter was very kind, had a great attitude, and actually seemed to care about the customers. I even gave her a $5 tip just for being polite and refilling my water. Overall, the service from the first lady was a 0 out of 10. I left very upset and probably won’t be coming back. Plus she told me don’t come back because I didn’t tip her

Great service! Everyone was friendly and polite. The atmosphere was probably the best attribute with food being a close second. We celebrated my mom’s birthday and they did a fantastic job making her feel special. The birthday song and cheese cake was a plus! Our Hibachi chef was very entertaining!

I don’t leave reviews but this place needs more bad ones. Terrible service. Dinner took over 1.5hr. Food had no flavor except burnt oil. The “appetizer” sushi came out after we’d eaten and the guy said “sorry it had to defrost” so that’s just gross. Portions were insanely small. Meal was smaller than a mcds happy meal. Vegetables and meat were cooked just enough to be considered not raw. I don’t know how you burn rice? Idk altogether ruined hibachi for me for awhile. I’ll probably get sick from this-regret eating it
