Do not get any food from this location. After eating two breadsticks. I looked down and saw something gray on my breadstick. Once I got home I opened up the bag and it seems there is mold on my breadsticks. The pizza didn’t look so well either. Seems I’m not the only one who has posted this either. I wish I would have read the reviews before going there. I actually thought it was odd that as soon as I ordered it she was already bagging it up. Nothing was fresh.

On October 8th we ordered pizza for pickup from this location. After handing out slices to my kids and the pizza was already being eaten, we noticed mold baked into the pizza dough. I understand that things happen and this is a review I didn’t want to have to write; I contacted the company that evening to share our concern over the moldy pizza and heard nothing. About a week later I contacted Little Caesar’s again with information and photos. It has now been over 2.5 weeks and still total silence. Please check your pizza before consuming!

I ordered Three Rivers of pepperoni puffs which were way below quality when I called The Establishment the same night I was told to bring them back and they would replace them unfortunately one of them was thrown into the trash when I went back the next day with two of the orders I was told he would not replace 3 and it would take up to 40 minutes to an hour if I wanted to wait or he could refund me and he refunded me for two of the puffs.. and I actually waited in line for more than an hour before I was able to be serviced there was a line when I came in and there was a line when I left everything was taken over 40 minutes..I did reach out via telephone to complain about the service and the product quality… this person that I spoke to before I was disconnected when I explained the situation to her she laughed

First let me say the pizza was delicious, fresh and looked great. The drive thru was closed but is still an option to pick up from online. I do not frequent this location so had no idea I had to go in. So I go inside and stand there 5 mins waiting for someone to come hand me the pizza that was ready. He had an attitude like i interrupted him. Just too much extra going on here compared to other locations. I would have just used the portal had I known the drive thru was not an option and not stood there waiting for someone to just be mad I was there picking up pizza.

Poor service person working there had attitude clearly could tell did not like his job when asked what was ready. Got a pizza, breadsticks and one of the new deep dish with sticks. All food was not hot. The breadsticks wasn’t even full-size breadsticks will not be returning to that particular store drive-through is broken. Sign saying speaker doesn’t work. Go to window you get to the window and it says to come inside after doing a complete loop then having a wait five minutes for someone to come to the counter, the store is dirty and the atmosphere says go somewhere else

For being a newer store. Im so disappointed. Burnt breads ticks, over cooked pizza. Drive through is never open. What the heck is going on with this place. Seriously. The quality has gone down so much. I won’t return.

I’m sure it’s only a matter of time before this location shuts down. I placed an online order and came to pick it up at the drive thru. The speaker is broken and says to go to the window. I sat at the window for 20 minutes no exaggeration. I saw many cars behind me ended up leaving. I saw multiple employees walk by but could not get anyone to pay attention to me. I finally went inside and told the guy at the counter what happened and he completely ignored me, wouldn’t even acknowledge me. I ended up just leaving without my food and going elsewhere.

Ordered the Detroit style pizza and sticks with the sauce. So, the pizza was good and so was the Italian cheese bread but what was the funny taste with the sauce? Overall, corporate needs to tell you guys to stop and NEVER leave that sauce on the shelf. Who knows how long it’s been sitting there. That stuff needs to be refrigerated not sitting on a shelf and people more than likely getting old sauce and getting food poisoning due to it sitting at room temperature which can still cause bacteria to develop. Ask for your dipping sauce fresh folks or get the sauce packs imo. Oh yea, fix that drive through. Put a sign on the window or outside of the store instead of people having to drive all the way around just to come inside. You posted a Superbowl sign, get a sign saying to come inside.

The only reason we stopped here was because my nieces were hungry and asked us too plus it was super convenient being we were leaving zap zone just before 10 pm on a Sunday and little Caesar’s is practically in the same parking lot. So since pretty much everything would be closed we figured we would try our luck. It did get the job done but I for sure remember why I stopped going there. Pizza was decent, did not really care for the crazy combo.. The service was alright, luckily there was no wait we were able to get in and out. This location also has a drive thru.
