Pennies all American Café she keeps her word. This was probably the best food I’ve ever had in Pinal Beach. The fish and chips were awesome. The clam pennies all American Café. The atmosphere is perfect. The restaurant is awesome and the location is perfect the chowder was excellent. So perfect that I can actually taste the actual crab. They’re actually crab chunks in it. This is far better than the nasty fish and chips and clam chowder that splash café serves.the fish & what do you think chips are awesome even better. I was able to see Penny in person sitting down talking with a customer, but I will be coming here in the future and next time after that.

A classic American diner in a classic California beach town. Great breakfast options. I had the Huevos Rancheros and she had the Seafood Omelette. Both dishes were very good, but not great. Prices were reasonable, for the area. Cozy seating and traditional cafe charm, with very friendly service and minimal wait times for food. I’d definitely recommend this place, especially breakfast lovers. Get out and check it out!

The strawberry waffle and all American omelette were delicious! The waffle comes with 2 eggs and 2 bacon and it’s more than enough food! You’ll likely have left overs. So good. Enjoy the delicious food! We got there at 730 am and there was no line, the air was crisp, the coffee fresh and breakfast was served fast! A little secret I’m going to regret telling you is to sit outside! It makes your day heavenly! The weather was a comfortable 65 degrees with a sweater. The waiter was friendly and efficient. I actually really enjoyed this little breakfast restaurant! keep up the good work!

My wife and I found this gem during our recent trip to Pismo. Even though the location and building are small, the food is large in taste, quality and quantity. Penny’s has indoor and outdoor seating. And while we would have opted to eat outside, it was raining pretty heavily at times and the outdoor tables were wet.
We visited Penny’s for breakfast. I ordered “Dave’s Mess Breakfast”, which consisted of two eggs scrambled, home fries, ham, sausage, bacon, and cheddar cheese. All of this was smothered in Penny’s tasty gravy. The dish also came with a side of bread and I opted for the biscuit. I also ordered a Mimosa. My wife ordered “Penny’s Favorite Omelette”, which included bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, avocado, cheddar cheese, and sides of salsa and sour cream. She ordered the hash browns as her side.
All in all, a fantastic breakfast and really good service. This is a busy restaurant, so be prepared to wait a little while. We waited about 10 to 15 minutes to be seated. Highly recommended!!

I ordered a veggie omelette, the broccoli tasted like freezer. The hash browns were cold and had no flavor. The pancakes were delicious. Good prices. I don’t think I’ll be going back, maybe for pancakes and coffee.

Great food. I had a Penny’s Favorite Omellet. Bacon , cheddar, tomatoes and avocado with hash browns. Delicious. We have eaten here many times. I’ve had steak and eggs here before and that was excellent too. The only negative thing I would say is that the staff don’t care about making a right racket when they’re cleaning up and it is so loud inside. They should serve everyone with ear plugs. Weather permitting eat outside.
