I placed a mobile order utilizing my rewards points for a vanilla cone and paid $1.99 plus tax for an additional item (apple pie).
The cone had to be the smallest I have ever received at a McDonald’s restaurant ever. While I realize that it was FREE, that does not mean it should be any smaller than the regular cone I pay for. However, my biggest complaint is with the “over baked” apple pie. I was only able to eat approximately half of it as I could not chew through the item. It likely should have been tossed out some time prior to it being served to me.
Lastly, I had to prompt the person to speak and then I had to repeat my 4-character mobile code at least twice. Please note, I was the ONLY vehicle in line… so it’s not like another order was being checked in, etc.
From the service to the quality of food to the TWO attempts to call the restaurant to complain that were not answered, I was thoroughly dissatisfied with my visit.
I strongly do NOT recommend this location for dessert or even moderate level customer service.

Good morning you guys Have to do better with opening the doors at 6:00 am like it’s supposed to be… Some people be waiting outside for 10:15-20 minutes in the morning and that is inappropriate. You guys are a business. Can you guys please work on this it is too cold for people to be standing outside. Other than that everything is awesome here…. Can you please have this place open by 6:00 a.m. thank you.

By far the most expensive McDonald’s in thr area. My normal order is a little over $8 at the other’s. Over $12 here.

Food was correct but the last 2 times I’ve been here I was not given the correct number of monopoly physical pieces. My large drink and my large fry have not had them on like they are supposed to.
