This is the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to. Rude service and bad food. You would think a ice cream place would know how to make a milkshake. They do not. You get a chocolate milk. It’s runny. Not thick at all. You never get the right amount of chocolate syrup in it either. They put to much in it and you can’t drink it or to little so it tastes like nothing. They used to have ready whip but now have some generic wax foam that does not even melt. Tastes horrible. Leave the foam in your cup and see how long til it disappears. That’s not going in my body. For me the snotty little employees are the deal breaker.

Took our first family trip to suncadia. Went through the drive thru and they messed up on our order. No big deal, people make mistakes. I explained they had the order wrong and if they don’t mind fixing it up. The took the blizzards back, we waited a few mins, then they gave us the blizzards. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, we drove off and we found out they never changed the mistake. They simply, took it back, waited, gave us back the same wrong order.
Anyone with kids and traveling understand that this is problematic.
Just irritating that they humored us but never fixed their mistake. We paid for service, tried being kind about it by mentioning the error, just for them to not try to fix it and a slap in a face to take it back and give it back to us without trying to fix it. Don’t appreciate the gal with green eyes with nose pierce and tall brunette gals making the order smirking at us and giving the order back to us knowing they never did anything to correct their mistake.

Worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. Chicken strips we’re inedible. Fries were nasty and mushy. The kids working there were so rude. I’m baffled this restaurant is still open. Absolute garbage.

By far worst experience at a Dairy Queen. You need to retrain your workers first off to show some customer service and respect rather than having a stuck up and better than everyone else attitude (especially the girl with dark hair and sleeve over her shoulder). We show up and order on our mobile app. They don’t once greet us or smile. We sit down and wait. 30 minutes pass and they still don’t acknowledge us, my app shows my order is complete so I go to the counter after multiple other people received food. I simply asked if my mobile order was ready and the girl says “well next time you should say something so we can give it to you” and turns from me to whisper something to the other girl. Apparently they hadn’t even started my order and expected me to tell them to start it or something?? So another 15 minutes go by until I get my order. They also pulled my shake out of the fridge that was sitting for this time so was melted. This is completely unacceptable and not a single apology for the wait or anything. Just very ignorant they think they can treat customers this way, their attitude and lack of concern or urgency for anything was what is most upsetting. Please have a discussion with these girls that were on shift tonight. Plus as I was leaving another customer had a similar experience and vented “this is the worst *explicit dairy queen I have ever been to”. When an order is placed on mobile- make the order, it is not a customers responsibility to let you know to start it, and show some kindness and smile can go a long way!

Cle Elm DQ is nice. Drive through service was quick. Didn’t give us napkins but needed them as the shake and blizzard were pretty messy. My son who is a blizzard snob said it was hardly mixed at all.
