I came into the store today to buy a stack of gift cards, and the cashier who helped me, Rachel, was so amazingly helpful! She is the kind of person you would want representing your company. In the short time that I was there, not only did she make sure all of my gift cards were correct and accurate, but several customers came up and said their farewells, calling her by name. This store may have regulars because the Hazelnut coffee is great, but I think they keep coming back because of her smiling face, helpful and happy attitude, and hard work!

I don’t understand how this location never gets the orders accurate. I stopped ordering for a long time because of that issue. Ordered this morning and my breakfast sandwich (that states it has egg) had no egg on it. I like their food it’s just never right!

This is a newer location so I wanted to give it a try. Food was delicious and restaurant clean. We both choose the “You Pick Two” option as it’s best deal. I had the Autumn Squash Soup with Cesar Salad on the side. My daughter had the Chicken Noodle Soup with Turkey Sandwich. Both lunches were served quickly and very tasty. Great place to go for a quick bite. Can be a little pricey so maybe skip the drink if that’s a concern.

Greg at the drive thru provided the most upbeat, friendly and efficient service we have had in Lexington in months! Greg managed our two part order with no issues, maintaining his friendly and helpful attitude throughout the transaction. In an unexpected but much appreciated gesture, Greg provided a pup cup for the very happy Doodle!

As daily Panera customers, we found this Lexington location to surpass all expectations and will make effort to travel a few miles out of our way to this location again.

The store is fresh and fairly new with an attractive exterior presence. Outdoor dining will be pleasant in the summer months.

I have decided to totally revamp my prior review. After several more visits to this same Panera, I have decided that I am not really a fan of the new coffee machines. They are more of a pain and the flavor still seems to be not the greatest coffee ever! As for the new and improved dining room, it is too institutional and not at all cozy like a typical Panera. Not my favorite Panera by a long shot.

Nesie is the most friendly and helpful cashier I’ve ever encountered. She guided me through the rewards program and menu options with patience a very large smile on her face. The food is great but that customer service experience is second to none!!!!

Had gone into Panera a few weeks ago and evidently they gave me someone else’s order. I can’t eat Spicy or I could have rolled with it. So I called explained situation the young man said he would send me a coupon and I could come anytime thereafter and get the meal I ordered. So I decided I would go today. Told the lady wanted a whole grilled cheese and a bowl of tomato soup. Because that’s what I ordered and paid almost $18 for first time. She very politely told me my coupon was just for a Pick 2. Meaning half sandwich and a cup of soup. I told her fine and I told her I explained what I bought to person I talked to previously on phone. Anyway got to the window they lady with the very pretty accent told me be just a minute on my order. So I waited and she came back with my order smiling very gently and said “ Here’s you whole grilled cheese and a bowl of tomato soup! Now I ask how SWEET WAS SHE! She is working in an area that I’m sure she excels at. I wish I had got her name . She may have been a manager she had some badges on her shirt that I noticed as I was pulling off!! Anyway just wanted to say “ THANK YOU” for your kindness and pretty smile…
