We visited Casa Tequila while spending the weekend in West Bend. The restaurant is spacious with a nice, welcoming atmosphere. It wasn’t too busy during our visit, so we grabbed a couple of seats at the bar and were quickly greeted with complimentary chips and salsa. I ordered a Hibiscus Margarita made with Teremana Blanco Tequila and their house mix, while my friend had an Horchata with spiced rum — both drinks were quite good. We’d definitely stop by again if we’re ever back in the West Bend area.

I got 2 surf and turf enchiladas and they were delicious! The flavor of the meat was excellent.

This was the worst experience! Poor service, when they brought out the food they said the cook doesn’t know serving sizes so would you like more veggies…. WTH! Then 2 of our people didn’t even get their meals… had to have them made! And the only thing they would comp is 1 fajita meal! Will not be back!!!

Had a wonderful time at this restaurant. Delicious food and great service. Juan was our server. He was kind, helpful and attentive. We just happened upon this place and decided to give it a try. Finding a gem is always delightful. Keep up the good work.

Margaritas are awesome. B1g1 on Mondays and Wednesdays. We had lunch here, a few items were forgotten and they gave us a $1 discount for the inconvenience. Mexican street corn was a cob cut into 3 pieces with mayo and season.. Carne Asada was of good quality. Tacos rated ok. The salsa is amazing.
Update: went yesterday (March 16th) was not a good experience.

0 ⭐️. Extremely Slow service, someone just dropped some chips and flavorless salsa and walked away. Waited 20 minutes for a drink and no one came to take my order. The second time I came back, my food took a while to arrive. If you know what REAL AL PASTOR tacos taste like, don’t order from here. The Al Pastor taste like nothing really. I don’t respect places that say “Mexican food” and it is nowhere close. I wish I could leave a better review, but my expectations were never met.

I had a combo meal. We all enjoyed the atmosphere, and the food was great. Our waitress was wonderful too.

We were greeted and immediately seated. Our waitress greeted us with chips & salsa. Water was at our table quickly followed by a pitcher of mango margarita. My husband ordered a shrimp burrito and I had the chipotle chicken enchiladas. Food came out fast and hot. We were tired and hungry and it hit the spot. The people at the next table were regulars and shared some recommendations. We would definitely come back here again.

We usually love this place and have been here before but this experience was not good. My dish had an ingredient I asked to not have on it and they “fixed” it by giving me back everything on the same please and basically picked out the tomatoes. Once i started to eat it I realized that my steak burrito was only lettuce with a few (3) pieces of steak throughout. Another one of the people in my group also had a burrito full of basically only lettuce. Waste of money.
