The customer service was to my surprise and yet to my satisfaction. The ladies were kind and friendly. The food was HOT. You don’t get service like this is many fast-food places unless you’re going to Chick-fil-A. I would recommend going to this location. I hope it only gets better. I hope the location keep their staff happy so they stay because I would wait and travel to this popeyes.

The evening manager is sloppy. He tries to get me to purchase what they already had cooked (mild) and not what I wanted (spicy). I had to wait thirty minutes for spicy chicken. Then, they purposely had the nerve to give me chicken that was sitting for thirty minutes. The side were horrible. We threw them away when I got home. I won’t be going back there ever again.

When I arrive I received an attitude and was told that the promotion I was interested in had to be done through the app and could not be filled in store. So I complied…order was ready in 10mins. Store was fairly clean and empty , but the wraps I ordered were way too small for the price and wings had no flavor

Ate here tonight and had a great meal. Only reason food is a 4 instead of a 5* is because you could tell some of the food had been sitting under the heat lamp for a bit, but it was all still really tasty.
The young lady at the counter was incredibly polite and kind, and even apologized when she forgot to get us a part of our meal, and then made it for us really fast.
Overall, enjoyed our time at this location.

Popeye is horrible went today got a family meal. I ordered mashed potatoes. Coleslaw didn’t even get the mashed potatoes. They gave us some rice instead of mashed potatoes The coleslaw is horrible no taste. The chicken is nasty. I don’t know what’s all a hype about Popeyes I would rather Bojangles spent $54
And didn’t even get the right items until I got home I noticed it very sad you spend the money and you don’t get what you asked for!! If u don’t like your job then don’t do it’s!! I ordered a 12 piece family meal. I came early expecting fresh chicken. I got home and was very disappointed. I got 1 breast, 5 thighs, 2 drummettes, and 4 little wings with a few feathers still on them. The coleslaw was old and I got a spoonful of old red beans and rice. I drove all the way back for my refund.
