I’m a DoorDash driver and I just had one of the worst experiences at this Steak ‘n Shake. I stood at the pick-up counter for over 15 minutes, being the very first in line, and yet “manager” Rebeca Becerra and Khalia completely ignored me.
No eye contact, no “we’ll be right with you,” not even the slightest gesture of empathy. Nothing.
It honestly felt like I was invisible to them, as if my time meant absolutely nothing.
What makes it worse is that I saw other customers arrive after me and get immediate attention, while I was still left standing there waiting. That’s not just a bad day — that’s a total lack of professionalism, negligence, and zero respect for people who are also working.
A restaurant can serve good food, but when the management and staff show this kind of indifference and disregard toward customers and delivery drivers, it reflects a culture of poor service and weak leadership.
If you’re a customer or a delivery driver, prepare to be ignored and have your time wasted. Steak ‘n Shake should really take a hard look at what’s happening under Rebeca Becerra and Khalia’s “management”, because the service here is absolutely shameful.

I had the original stake burger and it was by far the best stake burger I’ve ever had in my life. Hands down the best. If you have never had a steak burger before now is the time to try one and the best one y’all ever have!

This was my first time trying Steak n Shake in years. I was surprised that all they had was kiosks to place your order but I was cool with that. What I didn’t like was I watched the people in the back fix my food. Put it in the bag and then set it to the side. I waited almost 10 minutes before an employee came out and asked me if I needed help. When I explained to him that my order has been sitting over there and I had been waiting for somebody to bring it to me. He went and got the bag. I explained to him that I did not appreciate the service but he Shrugged it off like it was no big deal. Will not be returning to this Steak and Shake again

Food was delicious, restaurant was cleaning and inviting. Pricing was reasonable and we appreciate the restaurants commitment to completely move from seed oils. We did have an issue with our receipt due to the kiosk exclusive ordering, but the manager was very helpful and accommodating to us. Would definitely return when we are in the area.

This Steak ‘n Shake is not worth coming to at all. Every time I come here, the food is not great and my order is always messed up. Today was the final straw. I specifically told them no pickles due to an allergy, and when I got home, my food had pickles on it.
At that point, I couldn’t even eat the food and didn’t feel like driving back after such a horrible experience. I would much rather go to In-N-Out—better food, better service, and cheaper.
I will not be coming back and I would like a refund for food I couldn’t eat. Very disappointing experience.

There’s no consistency here like I might order the same thing twice in a row and neither time does it taste the same. I don’t like how they shut down their ice cream machine an hour and a half before they close so you can’t get any shakes which is the point of going to steak ‘n shake.

The beef tallow fries were not what I was hoping or expecting and they were honestly cold right after I got them at the front. That burger was like warm as well the bacon was decent but that was it. It’s been a while since I have been and I don’t think I will be back I wish I had my 9 dollars back
