We decided to stop here on a whim for some lunch. The environment is very welcoming and was really cute! Our server was very sweet, and so were all of the other workers. We started with some soup. I had their beef vegetables, and my bf had their chili. Both soups were very good! I ordered the liver and onions, and my bf ordered the Texas-Styled grilled cheese. The liver and onions were so good!!! They give a decent amount of liver, which I always appreciate. I got mashed potatoes and mac and cheese as my sides. They were both very good! Here is my bf’s review of the grilled cheese: THAT SMOKEY PULLED PORK GRILLED CHEESE WAS ONE OF THE BEST THINGS IVE EVER HAD. SO MUCH DANG PORK, and so JUICY AND TENDER, I LOVED EVERY BITE.
We ended with the chocolate cream pie, which was so good!!! Everything we had was amazing, and we highly recommend stopping in here if you’re ever in the area!

Me and my wife came into Martinsburg for a visit with friends and family, so we decided on the olde country diner. The food was some of the best food that I have had in a very long time, it was the best tasting fish and chips that I can say that I’ve had in a very long time. The coleslaw was fresh and had the perfect consistency, the salad bar was very nice and my wife loved it also. The chocolate pie was excellent as well everyones meal was exactly what they wanted and it was hot and fresh. This will definitely be my go to spot to sit down and have a family style meal with great atmosphere. Oh and ask for Brandi she was our waitress she was fast attentive and very respectful we give her 5 stars as well. Thank you for the excellent service. Mr & Mrs Banks

Excellent Small Town Diner with excellent food and service. Everything’s Super fresh and they have a great salad bar too. My wife and I love it and we keep coming back for more. The desserts are homemade an incredible. We highly recommend.

Food tastes like grandma made it… and they have a wonderfully fresh salad bar!!! And some of the best servers you’ll find anywhere! Surprisingly inexpensive, which is a huge bonus! My Dad absolutely loves their liver & onions. Great local spot!!!!

Ate breakfast there Saturday morning of 11/8/25. Nice clean atmosphere. Service was fast and friendly. I ordered crispy bacon and it came out exactly as I wanted. Every other place either burns it or it never crispy. Kudos to our server who actually listened and delivered. As busy as they were she kept our glasses full and got us what we needed lightning fast. Pancakes and eggs were great. Though the chip beef and gravy had little taste and the toast was tough to cut through. I got a piece of peanut butter pie to take home. Sorry but that was definitely NOT homemade and was the worst pb pie ever. They must have forgotten to use sugar as it was bitter so I couldn’t finish it. Won’t order desserts again there. We’ll try lunch sometime though. Hard for handicapped folks to get into the odd entryway. Not sure you could get in there with a wheelchair.

Great breakfast. Fresh made food. Staff is busy, but always friendly. It’s a great place for good basic meals. I’ve eaten here multiple times at different meals and the quality is always good. Clean restaurant too!
