The food is awesome when it doesn’t have HAIR in it!! And the service is great during the day but at night not so much we brought the food and the hair back and she still asked for a receipt when I got it like 30 mins before I realized it had hair in it. And as far as the atmosphere the night employees need to be more respectful I came back through and showed them the hair and asked for it to be remade and I heard the lady at the window say “can someone remake this burger we have a Karen” I work in fast food and someone coming to get their food replaced because an employees hair is in it should now be a problem or anything for the workers to be rude about when they would do the same.

I have eaten here 4 times in the last 30 days. Good value on the food. Very friendly and quick service. The indoor dining is a nice option. Wish it was closer to my home.

Ordered a chicken sandwich which appeared cooked, but had a gross raw texture. Husband took a bite and said the same thing. We both spit it out. Also, the restrooms smell like a Porta potty.

If I wanted ice cream I would’ve bought ice cream, not a shake. This “shake” is undrinkable. Do they even know the definition of their product? (Edit: Went to McDonalds for my shake. 10/10 would go there first next time).

Can’t rate the atmosphere as also do the drive through but we enjoy the tater tots and all American hotdog meal. Pretty delicious for fast food.

This review is for the sonic app. When I place the order they try to push stupid discounts on offers on me. If I wanted to joint a gambling app I would have downloaded it on my own. Really thinking about if I want to support a store that pushes gambling.

Food is great, service is not. They take entirely too long. Using the kiosk or placing an online order. Expect an extra 20mins for your order to be fulfilled.

Ridiculous wait times at this location. It literally took 25 minutes for my order to be taken after pushing the order button. It then took another 10 for my food to be brought out. Normally I’d just go elsewhere but I was at work and on my lunch break. The food was hot and my order correct when they brought it. The car hop explained they only had 3 people working during peak business times.

I hate the drive thru window at Sonic, because the window are covered up by advertisement banners.
I dont feel safe using my credit card at Sonic anymore because you can not see the cashier scanning the card for payment.
As a customer, we don’t know if the sonic employees are taking photos of our credit cards to use for their personal use.
I had this happen where someone at a McDonald’s where their staff took Photos of my credit card and used it for their personal bill payment for their house.
I really think using the banners to cover the windows should be illegal.
They need to take them done
