It is supposed to be open til 1am but good luck if it’s past 11pm, they close at random times each day of the week. I’ve ordered DoorDash and had multiple occasions of them being unable to pick up my food because they closed an hour or two early and tonight came home from Reno to them closed 45 minutes early. Don’t waste your time going here and go Reno instead, ridiculous.

The manager is an incredible human being, he stood and made sure someone who broke down in the drive through lane was able to be towed by yet another incredible human being who took their time to help them. I am a doordasher that has worked all over the west coast from Oregon to Arizona and I have never seen such compassion, most will have you towed and possibly cost you everything. He is working towards being regional manager and beyond and I personally think he should be CEO because of his commitment towards customer service and being a human being. He also makes sure Dasher orders are done too because that indeed matters because you pay tons of money to get your food hot and on time. This world is full of selfishness and ego and he has demonstration incredible character. If you want your doordash orders on time get them here.

I was at the counter, already ordered at the kisok, and was trying to pay with cash. I had three employees look at me, make eye contact, and not come up to get my order/let me pay for it. The all acknowledged me because I heard them talking about how I was at the counter. I waited a solid 5 minutes. Nobody came to me, so I left.

Thank you on behalf of an individual whose family has been blessed by the Ronald McDonald House, Charities time and again. Even something as simple as a little bit of hydration in the form of drinks, specifically intended for such, to the hands of someone who has nothing- is a simple gesture from an abundant well which makes a world of difference to the individual yet cost very little in the grand scheme of economies of scale for which the McDonald’sization class have many different universities, is named.
So long as nobody is taking advantage of your Goodwill, then you do great things just by simply allowing an individual to regain some health and wellness while otherwise stricken from resources to do so.
I appreciate you, Jenny, and your team. I’m just going to ignore and disregard the customer suggesting that asking for a fountain access for Hi-C and Powerade and lemonade Seltzer is tantamount to panhandling for dolla dollar bills y’all… Sorry, I lost it there at the end there.

No ice tea at 3 pm on a Thursday. Ok whatever, order a large fry and get the same amount for a medium everytime… starting to get old. Being handed your food in the drive through with just a “here you go” with the subtle hint of just leave. This McDonald’s is getting bad ever since the new owner has taken over. Stingy and cheep. I know we are in hard times right now, but why are you giving us less food and charging us more. Never been an issue until the new owner came around. It seems as though McDonald’s is forcing us to use the kiosk or the mobile app. I stood at the cash register for 11 minutes while three employees stood together. Chatting it up, and looking at me in hopes that I would go away, or to the Kiosk
