It’s very disheartening that people don’t have the passion behind their jobs anymore. It irritates me more because I’m in the same profession and I take it personal. If you don’t have a passion for it, then you shouldn’t do it. Simple! The service tonight was absolutely horrible. I specifically asked could they make sure they fill up my large fry because every time I get some it’s a medium.. they love to play in your face the lady African American, on the heavier side. Her hair was down and shoulder length working the window. Very rude I had to waste time and money just to go double back and sit in the line when I specifically asked the first time to make sure that they fill the fries up. I ordered two McDoubles with ‘no pickles’ on both, they decided to take the pickle off of one because I tasted the pickle juice Again, my palate works great. Instead of just making a new one. I realized times are hard and people just need jobs but again being a customer service leaves not much wiggle room to have an attitude. Please do better. You’re dealing with people’s FOOD!

On New Years around 2am I went to get a meal and encounter one of the most disrespectful Spanish female cashier ever! She was on her phone live. Was very rude. Told me that she would spit on my food and refused to give me my change. she needs to be fired immediately. I have this on video and will take it to extreme matters. Totally unacceptable

Place is a joke. I order my nuggets and they tell me to move out of the drive thru to wait. Finally after almost 5 min a totally different person brings my order out. I looked in the bag and of course no bbq sauce that I specifically asked for. I said I need some BBQ sauce and he got mad and walked away without saying a word. He brings me back 1 bbq sauce I said dude I have a 20 piece I need more than 1 so he goes away with an attitude and comes back with 1 again so that’s 2 bbq sauces for a 20 piece nugget. I said you know what I wanna cancel my order take this back and give me my money back. Common sense would tell you that they should have a pouch on with sauces in it that they can hand out.

Had extremely long lines but the lines went through fairly quickly with the help of an employee standing outside the drive-thru window to assist each customer. Cars no longer drive up to the pickup window.

Well, The last 2x I have gone to that McDonald’s I have stated I am never going back, but after last night you can definitely mark my words in ink! 1:57 am 3/12/19..The order taker informed us that the frappe machine wasnt working but we could order ice coffee instead. We ordered a medium ice coffee and took 2-3 sips out of it as we waited for our food. We then observed the very rude and abrupt Hispanic female manager making 2 frappes. We inquired as to why we were told the machine wasnt operational. We received a very nasty response! She acted like we were crazy and told us you “didn’t order a frappe”. We explained that’s what we originally came for but was forced to choose ice coffee instead. She told us to give back the ice coffee, but once she saw it was sipped out of she started yelling” you already drank some of it!” Well yeah, because we were told that was our only option until we saw you making frappes. She then grabs the cup , throws out the ice coffee and tells us she can only make us a “small frappe” because sips were taken out of the “medium ice coffee”. I offered to just pay for a whole new medium frappe but she slammed the window on me. I told her no whipped cream and tapped on the window to remind her, but she made it with whipped cream anyway. When she brought it to the window, I told her once again I didn’t want whipped cream she snatched it and threw it in the trash with such venom.Crazy thing is she acted like I was begging for something for free! I clearly offered to pay the difference in the ice coffee/frappe. Anyway she made another small frappe and gave it to me but it was hastily made,dripping down the sides etc to the point I lost the taste for it and really didn’t want it anymore. So I paid for a #9 and 2 hashbrowns and a medium iced coffee, and got punished with a small frappe and burnt hard French fries. No smiley face here. I refuse to spend my money here ever, ever again. Never have we gotten this type of treatment at Silver Hill Rd or Marlboro Pike locations. This is not the 1st time the service has been below standards at this location set for McDonald’s but it was definitely the last straw for me. As a local business owner myself I will definitely be using this experience as a teaching moment for my employees as well. You never know who your customer is, I could definitely have been a “shopper”

I’m a little upset today. Well maybe a lot. I’ve been seeing this sandwich advertised and could not wait to try this it. The new crispy chicken. I asked what’s the difference between the regular and the deluxe at the window and was told she honestly didnt know. Wrong answer! I got 2 large meals for me and my husband and a happy meal for my 3yr old son. I ate my fries on the way home because I was starving today but saved my sandwich until I got home so I can enjoy it with my husband. Sad to say Im highly disappointed. To open the wrapper thinking I will have a crispy fresh and hot sandwich… instead it was old, dried out, bread and pickles were wilted. There is nothing on the bread at all. It appeared to be reheated several times. I frequent this McDonald’s because its close to my son’s daycare and he requests for me to stop here. I’m VERY dissatisfied and will be sure to express my disappointment directly to them.

The guy at the window was rude. I asked for ketchup and he just shoved the food through the window and then turned his back to the window. He also forgot an item in my order and once he turned around and reopened the window I asked for ketchup and my missing item he handed me my missing item then slammed the drive thru door and turned away from the door. Once again, I wait until he turned around (because it’s super rude to honk at people and I didn’t want to do that) and he looked annoyed but as I told him I asked for ketchup several times and he ignored the request. After handing me my ketchup he rolled his eyes and slammed the door. Super rude and shouldn’t be working in food service if he is that annoyed by a simple request that he ignored several times.
