I really liked this Wendy’s when I was still in school since it was on my way there but slowly…it’s just becoming less than. People are still kind there, it’s just lack of attention. The food items ordered are always there with less attention to detail. As in I could order a ten piece chicken nugget but then I only get eight. Or I order medium fries and it looks like someone got to them before I could. I started to go back to Wendy’s more frequently since the one in Battleground recommended I try the caramel cold foam and I was so impressed I wanted to try it again. I should have taken a picture of the BG one but the one here came without the majority of the ingredients and it was obvious. I think it was even the manager who gave it to me. How it passed his standards is a little sad.

Poor decision to change from leaf lettuce to shredded lettuce. The hamburgers and chicken taste terrible. The picture is below is what they say you use for a lettuce wrap. Terrible choice it would fall to pieces in a lettuce wrap. And the other stuff, shredded, is absolutely nasty. I wouldn’t feed to my dog.

I mean it’s Wendy’s how could it be 5 stars you ask?… well I got there at 10:32 so I’m out of luck the lunch menu is up. Well to my surprise they used logic and customer service skills. “Yeah we can still take your breakfast order.” It is a small thing but that really made my day. I got what I wanted when I wanted it. Great management great staff. And dayuuum if that maple bacon chicken combo didn’t clap! Thank you for being decent people who go that extra inch. Seriously best fast food experience I’ve had in… maybe forever!

Out of all the Wendy’s in Vancouver, we’ve been to 6 of the 8 locations and this is the best one! Great, central location next to Costco and Home Depot right off the freeway. Samuel was very friendly and eager to help make our situation right. We were trying to order from the app and it kept glitching. He honored our reward deal anyway, no problem at all. You can tell he cares about this location!
The dining room is very clean including the restrooms. Nice soft music playing. A TV to watch and fireplace. Lots of seating. Good hours. Good is always satisfactory or they replace it!

Potato wedges were not even full. Asked for extra honey butter sauce and didn’t get any. Premium prices for subpar food. Can’t even get an order right. Disappointing.

So many times they have messed up my order. It happened again tonight. I ordered a Dave’s Double with NO Tomato, 1 large fry, and 1 Junior fry. I also ordered 2 ranch (which they now charge 50 cents for). When I got my food I regrettably didn’t check the bag. When I got home I noticed there was no Jr. fry in the bag. Then, I checked my burger and there were 3 TOMATOES on it. I called and told the manager they gotta do better. I think I’m done with this Wendy’s. Maybe the one in 4th plain will be better.

Bad service, the cashier would take two orders and leave. I waited in line for 15 minutes and another 15 minutes for the food to be served—half an hour in total, even though it’s a fast food restaurant, and the food was still bad.

Had two wonderful ladies take my order in the drive thru. Was talking to one of them about working 10’s and how brutal it is sometimes. They forgot to grab me my French toast sticks but they immediately grabbed me new fresh ones soon as I came in. Honestly great crew, I come here all the time for a quick bite driving around doing service tech work.
If you wanna go to a good Wendy’s pick this one. 🙂
