Visited on a Saturday afternoon. This is a spacious restaurant. The service is okay, the food needs more flavor, ordered chicken wings as an appetizer and that is the only thing my fried and I tasted with actual seasoning/flavor.
I would visit once more to see if they truly are lacking flavor. But my 1st impression wasn’t great.

The food was great and customer service was awesome, the serving portions are massive too only thing I didn’t like was the wooden chairs they were too hard to sit and eat for long sessions but otherwise it was a great experience.

If it wasn’t for the wait i would have given 5 stars. Our waitress Jacque was very nice and apologized for the wait as soon as she greeted us. She was helpful and took our order. They say good things take time and that’s true. It was worth the wait. We were a party of 5 and we were all happy with our meal. If you drink they have a full bar.

I went to Mr. Crab for a quick celebratory dinner last week Friday….. My God was this such a find! Not hidden or anything but in plain sight for all to see. From staff, to food, to the ambiance, it was a complete all in all perfect score. I went after work and was blown away but I happened to stop by today after hours and the beauty of the establishment at night was very elegant and tastefully done. Listen if your ever in the area and want a real meal…. PLEASE stop in this place and get several bites and a few drinks. You’ll be in love like I am!

something hard and realize it’s GLASS!!! I had a piece of glass in my food. The manager I’m assuming was very nonchalant about it he gave a vague apology and only offered me an alcoholic beverage or dessert !!! He stated it was a “mistake” a chip from a plate. I ended up only getting a 3.00 discount for the incident. Disgrace !!

This place is absolutely wonderful. We are going to a concert in Hartford this evening and looked for a close restaurant to eat at before going. We lucked out quite a bit having chosen this place. I got crabcakes for an appetizer and they were delicious. Fresh, flavorful and perfectly crispy around the outside. I did not even use any tartar sauce, only a squeeze of lemon. My husband had calamari and I tasted some. I’ll say the same for that. Fresh, tasty, perfectly breaded and delicious. For the main course, I got beer battered fish and shrimp. An absolutely wonderful dish as well. Very flavorful, cooked to perfection, not too greasy at all. My husband got the Fishermans platter, several smaller question the fish kernel calamari, oysters and clams, all breaded and lightly fried. He said it was fantastic. Both dinner dishes came with Cajun fries, they were also very good. The seasoning on the fries was quite tasty and they were perfectly crispy. The atmosphere is nice, the people are friendly and we will definitely go here again if we find ourselves back this way.

Great place to eat, fresh sea food, portions are more on the smaller side. Ordered king crab in lemon butter sauce, delicious, but it only comes in a pound for 50 but it was skimpy and did not feel like it was a pound. I sat outside and they did not sweep the outdoor area and it was filled with trash and leaves. That really upset me. The service was good they had multiple people coming by to check if we were good. Overall would recommend.

I’m very big on Lobster Rolls. My lobster was a tasted different compared to ones I eat in the in NYC. Drinks was my favorite and by far, can definitely make an island ️ punch
