This place is always busy! The most basic Mexican food of all time but the atmosphere is lively & fun. The ground beef wet burrito is good and so is the seafood a la Hacienda. There are always specials and/or promotions going on.

Ordered via Grubhub and they left out the paid extras, luckily I was able to get a refund. Chimichanga was ok. The dessert horchata bites though were absolutely delicious.

Second bad experience in a row. Used to go all the time with no issues. Service was poor and not friendly. Order was put in wrong, server denied even though it was listed on our bill for wrong item. Waited over an hour for 2 mac and cheese kids meals. (Restaurant was not busy) My burrito came 10 minutes after kids food arrived. Husband never received food before we left.

Anthony was our server and we had a party of around 40 people, he was in his element and provided the best service I have ever had, he was polite and trustworthy and he had a positive attitude and took care of everyone’s needs! Will come back solely off of his service! He was the pinnacle of service!

We love coming here! We get Hacienda food twice a month from this store. Almost always pickup, and occasionally dine-in. The front crew always checks my order before leaving which is awesome so that I don’t have to make a trip back to the store if anything is wrong. Highly recommend the 2-item combo. Their shredded chicken burrito is literally the best thing I’ve ever put in my mouth. Delicious!!! Thanks Westside Hacienda!

Ok American Mexican food at reasonable prices.
I had the chimichango… ground beef… w white quest. It was fine. I’ve definitely had better and more authentic. The rice was very overseasoned and again… not terribly authentic… kinda tastes like the box kind.
My son had the chicken quesadilla… he said it was good.
My mom had the fajitas. It was the best quality item at the table and she enjoyed it.
I had a Pina colada…. which was tasty.
We had friends eating with us too. One had a specialty quesadilla and a margarita.
I wouldn’t go back by my own choice, but if I were meeting others there I’d not object.

We had my son’s wedding shower here and they were so accomidating and easy to work with. The food is delicious and we had amazing server. She helped our party out and was doing it by herself. Appreciate the great service.

The flavors are bland and not authentic at all. All rice and beans were served in bowls and weren’t included with entrees. Okay chips but Ketchup flavored red salsa and funky fusion eats. Street tacos were served burnt with a mild salsa, lime ranch and soy sauce. Enchiladas were 90% cheese. Quesadilla was served wrong first but when corrected tasted okay. Food at best was edible. Waiter continually made the exact same jokes for each table about charging extra for any changes, was rather annoying.

Typical tex-mex with big portions and reasonable prices. The food is ok, but the staff has been really good. Their rice is decent, but I don’t have any entrees I would strongly recommend. The one thing I do like here is their white queso. I’m not a big fan of their salsa. They have a “wet burrito” and associated challenge (about 5lbs of burrito) for super cheap. You get a shirt if you solo it.
