Decided to give these guys a try again while getting a quick bite before going on a 2 hour drive. I ordered the tacos and got 98% lettuce and a PINCH of meat ? That AND the wait in the line was a good 25 min. Again, why build two lines to only ever have one open. This place keeps disappointing me Back to Back. That nightmare you guys have do NOT care about anything, just slapping the food together and its either messy or made wrong.

Wow they just reopened and not only did they not get our order right but we heard the manager belittling the staff for the second time in a row. If she spent the time filling orders the same way she does berating her staff in front of customers maybe we would have actually got what we ordered. This is the first time I’ve written a review about seeing employees get abused. Fire her. DO NOT order the Nashville mozzarella sticks, they will be soggy and cold. Everything we ordered went straight in the trash for the second time in a row now. If you feel like throwing 20 bucks in the trash go here!

If I could give this review a zero I would, I have never in my life experienced someone being this rude and condescending right off the bat. I’m talking about Estella, she is a horrible choice to have working anywhere. Right when I pulled up to the window she asked in a rude tone what’s the name on our order. No one asked for my name on my order so I was confused. I gave her a name but turns out she was just assuming we had a mobile order. We proceeded to tell her we got our order taken at the speaker and in the rudest tone I’ve ever heard in my life she goes, “what did you order, I didn’t take your order?” After telling her fifteen times what I ordered. And then she goes we don’t have a mobile order with those items after I already told her I did not place a mobile order. After the fiftieth time of telling her I definitely did not place a mobile order she has the audacity to treat me like I placed a mobile order and insists that if I just placed the order than the food won’t be ready. I never placed a mobile order! Honestly I think this worker may have been under the influence of alcohol. I can’t even add the whole conversation because it was so long of us going back and forth with her acting like we’re trying to steal someone’s order. With how rude and unprofessional she was, I ended up driving away. Also, whoever the guy was working with her was obviously terrified of her, makes me think she’s always acts like this. I’d like to add her shirt was untucked she was not wearing a name tag, or anything to cover her hair, and with my sister working at a different jack in the box I know that’s not okay and unprofessional. I ended up asking for her name and in a sweet little tone she goes, “I’m Estella.” I have never made a review for anywhere before this, I’ve never received such horrible service, I have never ever been treated like I am stupid before. With her tone I genuinely felt sad. I have never been treated like this anywhere. I go to this specific jack in the box all the time, and have never experienced such poor service. I’d like to mention her name one more time, it’s Estella!

Why am I gonna be spending 20$ on 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 small fries. Where is the logic, good thing I had a coupon to make them cheaper because nothing in my meal was worth 20$ today, they gave me old, dry chicken and it tasted a weird burnt flavor, didnt even taste like good chicken, & it was hurting my teeth to chew it. Theyre seriously lucky I didn’t go back and demand my money back. This was terrible.
That and WHY are you guys going to close for 6 months to “uprage” the place and add two lines, just to ALWAYS HAVE THE SECOND ONE CLOSED. LITERALLY EVEN IF ITS BUSY. You guys closed to come back worse than you were before. Not surprised.

Ever since the new remodel with the second drive thru, I have yet to see it in use. Got lunch today only one drive thru open, the line was blocking customers trying to back out of the parking space trying to leave. If it was open this wouldn’t have happened. I have seen them change the drive thru signs on the menu, I don’t know why it’s never used. Make it make sense ? Food was good tho.

We stopped because my gf was having a panic attack, The employee behind the counter was quick to get a bag of ice for her to put behind her head.
She went out of her way to help. Great customer service. They are very helpful at this location.

i like jack in the box however yall always and i mean ALWAYS since i’ve been a customer at jack in the box have always put too much lettuce in tacos and barely any meat or cheese anytime i bite into the tacos i always get a mouthful of straight lettuce and it isn’t appetizing
