Love going to Krystal’s, always a staple on our road trips. Burgers are always a hit but very disappointed now for my past 6 trips within a year the milkshake is always down…I know it takes a lot to maintain and clean them but just if you’re going to up hold to Krystal’s standards it should be up and running since they are on the menu. Staff was friendly and speedy service.

The burgers were good, the ones I got, since I was missing two of them. The tater tots were stale and cold. Now the customer service was great, the young man at the drive thru was very patient and polite, also the manager was very helpful. Like I said I was missing two burgers, it seems they just try to replace my two burgers with one chicken slider I didn’t ask for.

Wow, awful. Waited 20 minutes. They forgot my order. Then quick gave me my order. Then I took a bite of my bacon cheese Krystal only to find out they didn’t put a burger in it!!! That’s crazy. Don’t stop here.

I ordered 24 Krystal burgers 10 wighout mustard and all of them with cheese. After waiting awhile the lady came up to us and asked what we wanted. We told her we already ordered and were waiting. She said well why didn’t y’all say something with an attitude. We thought why should we have to say something. It was full of employees but no one was really working. So after realizing our order was wrong we went through the drive through and the guy with the shaved head made it right.

Entire site including grounds are run down. Took a bit to order and longer than expected to recieve our order. Sat down to eat and all was OK with order. Unfortunately the smell in the dining area crept up on us. It smelled like old urine mixed with dirty mop water. We ate and promptly left.

Only 1 guest in lobby. I was told someone would be with me in a minute. Well.ok. stood there for 20 minites and no service. I was looked at multiple times as the cashier stood around. Will never go back to this location. Its faster to drive to jesup and get service anyway. They need to close this location down. I knew better than to give them yet another chance. That’s on me I guess

Burgers were cold. After we paid we waited and was asked if we already paid. They had us pull to the side. And the other patrons were getting there stuff before us. I went inside towash my hands and immediately exited. The women bathroom has not been cleaned in a long time. There were clear cookig gloves in the floor. Waisted of time and money

I was pleasantly surprised on the great service at this location. They were fast and friendly. They were accommodating as well. One of the orders had an allergy request and Racquel the employee made sure the back understood and made sure it was all correct. Food was nice and warm and the store was clean.
