I came by at noon today, March 4 to order a bacon, ranch turkey sandwich. Young man working in the window, saw that I had a dog in my passenger seat and hook them up with some whipped cream in a cup. My dog appreciated. The treat and I appreciated the fresh fast food. Sandwich was on point one of the better turkey sandwiches in the game and the curly fries were hot and fresh great job especially the young man who service was appreciated

Super unfortunate trip. I walked in and told the gala behind the counter i had a mobile to go order. She let me know it wasn’t done yet. I sat there for about 10 minutes as she put together different orders and sent them out with doordashers and when I reminded her I had an order. She pulled it off of the top of the heating unit not from underneath. It had been sitting there for 10 minutes. The poor guy that held the door for me to come in had to wait 10 minutes just to even be able to order. Not a good performance. Worst part about it was they weren’t even busy. There was nobody in the lobby and only a few people in the Drive-Thru. They just prioritized doordash orders over in-store patrons.

Food was cold. My vehicle was too large to fit through the drive through, so we had to go in. Drive through was prioritized over walk in traffic. 20+ minutes to get stale fries, lukewarm sandwiches.

First off I have to say that the customer service here is Chick-fil-A levels of premium I loved that.
I highly recommend the apple turnover, beef an cheddar (a staple order anytime you go here), and the mint chocolate shake. The other items pictured were alright(as in I finished them) but I wouldn’t order again.
I usually never go to Arby’s but my wife wanted something different so I suggested it. This was the best decisions of the night. It had snowed a lot before we arrived at the drive thru and our order was pretty big, so we were told to pull to the front. The nicest employee brought out our food in all that snow with the biggest smile and had also separated the Buffalo chicken sliders just in case some of the hot sauce would come out of the holder while driving.

Went through the drive through 2 times within a 2 week period and both times, the orders were messed up. We had to go around a 2nd time both times. And the 2nd time, they still screwed up but we were leaving town so we just took what we had and called it a loss.

3 pm Today 1/15/26. When thru drive thru. Person said order when you are ready. I looked at menu which was covered by broken sign. I stated ” ok I’m ready.” Silence. I then said :hello?” The return response was a rude and snotty.
“I told you to order when you were ready!”
I asked I’d they were really talking to me like that? Their response was, you were yelling at me. Really? I left. Burger King who’s take out was polite got my business. No longer your customer.

Food is always good at Arby’s, and that deal 2 for 5 Arby-Q ain’t nothin to scoff at. Just feels lacking of good vibes, but it’s a modern fast food place, which is to be expected these days.
