The people have a good attitude and give good customer service. It’s a toss up on if you’re going to get the sauces you requested, though. And it would be great if the carhop at least waited until people check their bags for those sauces because otherwise, you gotta call over the speaker and wait for someone to bring it out. They forgot the sauce for my fries, gave me a bunch of ketchup I didn’t ask for, but couldn’t be bothered to give me the sauce I DID ask for. Do they even read the receipt? This has been a consistent problem for YEARS. I don’t know why I even still come to this one.

If I could give this place, no stars I absolutely would. Mr. Devon Tate is the supervisor‘s name. His employees messed up. My order charged me again a second time for the same order and now I have to wait 5 to 7 business days before I get my money back on the first order they messed up then he proceeded to ask me To not return to the store in which case I will not because it seems they can’t get nothing right I also don’t take kindly to any man telling me what to do so yes he got an earful and I will be reaching out to the corporate office

So, we’ve come here several times and the wait is always insane. Today, they got our drink wrong the first time we ordered it, which is totally fine ! Mistakes happen. We asked them to remake it (it was an ocean water with real cherries because I LOVE maraschino cherries) and this is what they brought out. No cherries at the top or in the bottom of the cup—just a stem. The girl that came and got the incorrect drink was super rude and snatched it out of my fiancées hand. She definitely did this to be rude because she didn’t want to remake the drink and I just feel like that wasn’t a kind thing to do. She was a young girl with blonde hair, I wish I had gotten her name. Working customer service isn’t for everyone, and she is a perfect example of who shouldn’t have a job like that.

They had no problem letting me order 2 bags of ice! The lady who took my order and Alexia was so nice and energetic at almost midnight! Love it! I might add my reg sonic is on Lascassas pike but shut down for remodel so I have been forced to go to memorial and they never want to sell bags of ice! Thanks again for helping me out!!!

The quite literally never mix the drinks properly. For months now every time I order a drink they don’t mix in the syrup/fruit, they just dump it on top and serve it like that. If we happen to eat there as well the food always takes forever and there will ALWAYS be something wrong with it too.

Sonic, as well as any restaurant establishment, needs to understand that presentation matters. It does not benefit the brand to advertise an awesome product and present lackluster goods. This was my second experience at this Sonic regarding this basic retail principle and there will NOT be a third attempt.

Upon my attempt to lodge a complaint, the car hopper did not want to get the manager until I gave her a valid reason and my receipt. I then asked if I could purchase extra meat because the sandwich in no way resembled what was shown on the screen (photos attached). Her reply was that I would “be better off just buying another sandwich because it was the same price.” Her only offer to correct the issue was to remake the sandwich, which was starkly different than my original sandwich.
