Absolutely unacceptable. This Wendy’s did not remove snow from their sidewalk, forcing Edison High School students and other pedestrians to walk in the street just to get by. That is dangerous and irresponsible.
Snow removal is basic property maintenance. There is no excuse for putting people at risk like this. DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!

Every so often when I pass Edison I stop at this location and never had an issue. Today I came around 2pm ordered a biggie bag. I ended up eating just the burger in the car and I planned on eating the fries and nuggets when I get home later on in the evening. I decide to air fry the nuggets and French fries and I find a bunch of hair in the bottom of my frnch fries and they are not mine. I will be calling hr to handle this and get my money back. This is so gross. I never experienced anything like this and I will never come to this location anymore

I placed an order for delivery and this was a bad experience. I ordered regular nuggets, they delivered spicy. The ice coffee was disgusting, not worth 25 bucks. You order something and they feel they can give you whatever they want. Unacceptable way of looking at things

This is a pretty good location. They’re usually fast, and efficient, good customer service, and rarely get the food order wrong. It’s pretty clean inside also. I honestly don’t have any complaints about this location and come here all the time, not just for convenience but because they’re pretty reliable. They don’t throw your food together and 9/10 the fries are hot.

Review for October 6 and I wanted to give a shout-out to the Miss who worked the register that day: I made two orders on the app and went into store to pick up. The Miss who worked at the front let me know she put the two orders in 1 bag to make it easier for me to carry, I was so happy she did that since I only had to carry 1 bag and a drink (the straw was tucked in under the flap and secured with the sticker which was genius). She really looked out for the customer and I really appreciated that. On top of that, she also noticed I was expecting and was very excited for me so that made my whole day. Love the staff at this location.

My life is too busy to write a review, but some things are just too good to be ignored. I went to Wendy’s to quickly get a paper done. And because I was going to use their space, I opted to buy something to eat. The lady serving me is Aniya. She is such a beautiful person, inside and outside. She patiently took my order. – hands down, I am not your best customer when it comes to ordering food. It can take a little time to take my food orders because I usually don’t know what I want, foodwise. It took a little while, but Aniya was so nice and courteous, she tweaked my order of salad and chicken. She even gave me different dressing since I didn’t know what I would like. For me, this is not just about food, positive workplace culture produces customer satisfaction, which in turn increases productivity. Because I was there for about an hour, I watched her interactions with different customers as they came in and left. Her demeanor and attitude remained constant. When I was leaving, I asked to speak to the manager because I wanted to tell the manager how good Aniya was. When I told her I wanted to talk to the manager, Aniya asked if there was any concern, I said “no”. She then revealed that she is the manager. I had no choice but to tell her I wanted to write a review about how she patiently attended to me. What blew my mind was, she gave me her name, and the name of two other people. She gave me Tyler, and Yasmin’s name. I guess they are equally good. Aniya is not just a good employee, she is a capable manager, and a selfless lady. I hope the management takes note of this wonderful and resourceful employee.

Went through drive-thru, paid and got my food quicky. I then proceed to leave believing I had all my food. While moving a Wendy’s staff ran in the rain to make sure I didnt leave without my missing meal. Another fast food restaurant would have just let it be. Thats for sure good service!

Ordered from this Wendy’s twice and so far it’s been consistently good! Open until 3am is lifesaver when you’re working overnight and looking for something to eat on your lunch break. Friendly customer service too! I’ll be back whenever I’m in the area again and need something to eat!
