Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had. We had Chalupas that were so limp and soggy they sagged over. Mostly lettuce and tomatoes. Then the crunch wraps were soggy, mostly lettuce and the meat was thinner than the cruchwrap layer!!! I have never seen so skimpy meats. I felt like it was vegetarian. I will not go back. I also ordered 6 packets of sauce for tacos supreme and of course no sauce. Then I requested a receipt be texted. No receipt.

The amount of grease that dropped off my quesadilla made it difficult to hold it. The Nacho fries were cold. I had to ask for my drink then ask for a straw and even though I asked for taco sauce at the window none was in my bag. I paid for cold grease and after waiting roughly sixteen minutes in the drive thru. The young lady at the window had a kind bubbly demeanor and was the only good experience I had today with the organization.

I understand when fast food restaurant is busy but the fact that 2 girls couldn’t find the item from the menu I wanted to order is BAD. Finally they found it and then they didn’t know how to process the order from the POS to the credit card reader…. Fast food couldn’t be fadt enough so I couldn’t wait for them to figure out how to process payment and left

Place is joke. We stood at register for over 10 minutes before being told go to machine to order or will have to wait longer. Ordered at machine the still took another 15-20 min to get our fast food.

Dirty, ignored and then asked how everything was. Stick to drive through only because they clearly don’t want dine in customers anymore. Some taped up sign asking customers to order themselves at the kiosk because no one wants to work the register and actually talk to the people who are giving them money.

We weren’t happy with the Mexican pizza. Something is different now. The manager overheard our comment and took immediate action. He offered to replace the item with their new cantina burrito AND quesadilla. These are great, tasty additions to the Taco Bell menu. Goodbye Mexican pizza. Hello cantina!

I give it a 3 since first of all, after not coming here after 2018 due to some upset stomachs, we came back (me and my mother) since we were anxious to eat tacos! So we did eat and to be honest it tastes good we both ordered the Cheesy Gordita Taco Combo, and two sweet teas, and my favorite Nacho Fries! Though the other two normal tacos tasted good, the cheesy Gordita taco, I can’t say I like it but I can say I won’t probably buy it again, the soft tortilla was like cold instead of warm, but it tasted fine I suppose, the sauces not even spicy even if it was the spiciest one, it wasn’t spicy for us. The sweet tea felt like I just drinked pure just sugar like just sugar water, the nachos fries tasted good. The image is the Cheesy Gordita Combo, I just bursted out laughing seeing how the soft taco and cheese looked like.
