As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Checkers is… fine. Not amazing, not terrible—just kind of exactly what you expect. The burgers are greasy in that fast-food way that hits the spot sometimes, especially late at night, but they’re not particularly memorable. Fries are probably the highlight—crispy, seasoned, and consistently better than the burgers themselves.
Service is hit or miss. Some days the order comes out fast and correct, other days you’re double-checking the bag and waiting longer than you’d like. The place itself feels pretty standard for a drive-thru chain: functional, not cozy, and not somewhere you’d hang out longer than necessary.
Overall, Checkers works when you want something quick, salty, and familiar. It’s not a place you go out of your way for, but it does the job when the craving strikes. A perfectly average fast-food stop.

One of my favorite fast food spots from back on the day. I have been stationed places over the past few years and there was no Checkers. So to come here and see one I had to stop by. The Big Buford still tastes great and the chili dogs were good. I will be back from time to time.

Tell me why they say they close at 2 am and i call around 1:30 am to make sure they’re open and they don’t answer! Then i had to drove almost 20 minutes to pick up an order to find out they closed at 1:50 am and i had to drive back for anither 20 minutes waisted my time some a worker git out another closing the register and when she saw me turned off the light was so suspicious and weired and waste of my time i will accept less orders from them from now on

The sweet tea was really bad, I mean really. It tasted like sewage or bad. I worked in fast food and I can say this is probably from unproper cleaning of what the drink is held in. Burgers were also cold.

Tried ordering in the app, but kept getting; enter the zip code or location of the Checkers that You are ordering from. After 20 minutes of being unable to order in the app, I went to the restaurant. Ordered spicy chicken and filet of fish, and added cheese to both. After leaving and opening my bag, there was NO CHEESE on either! Called the # on the receipt; no ring but a noise that a fax machine makes! Looked up the restaurant on line, and called that #, still no ring and the same fax line sound!! Couldn’t make my issue know, or have my order corrected! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! May uninstall the app ALL TOGETHER because Customer Satisfaction is apparently not a Priority here!!

Apparently they can’t read or don’t bother to read the order. The last 2x I’ve ordered from this place they have TOTALLY messed it up. Asked for no cheese, no Mayo and got both. Lots of both. Fries cold and pies overcooked. They can do better, but they don’t care to. Also, the customer service here is AWFUL! They couldn’t care less if the order is corrected or not, & then they act rude like you’re the problem for asking for what you paid for. SMH. Corporate Checkers should be ashamed of this location

Checkers in Spring Lake has the best food and the most friendly Service! Their fries and slushees are my go to on a hot day, but my favourite sandwich is the crispy chicken BLT (my creation) Go see them, and tell them Drea sent you!

Ya know at 8pm after a 12hr shift it is absolutely awesome to come to a restaurant that has Fast, Charismatic, and Personable staff that gets your order right and lets you continue your journey home with a sack of fatkid treats in under 3 minutes!

We came and got food at 12:30 last night and got parked for 20 minutes and was told that our food was going to be “fresh”. My tenders were old that I didn’t even eat them and my husband said that his burger was old and tasted nasty. I think because they were close to closing that they didn’t care. I would like my money back because I’m not even happy with the overall experience.
