It is currently 1 am and flights just got cancelled. This for the McDonald’s in terminal a. I don’t know who the crew working tonight is but I just have to say all of them are crushing it. The woman leading the team is handling everything like a leader. They are getting absolutely slammed with customers right now, like dozens and dozens and dozens and they have been cranking the orders out quickly and efficiently. They deserve all the props for handling not only the insane influx of orders but handling customer attitudes with grace. Any customers reading this, treat these employees with respect cause they are working so hard!

The McDonald’s on concourse A I’d ran better than any McDonald’s I’ve seen in many years. Fast , friendly and courteous. Food is properly prepared and a good value. Good management and training is evident at this location. Again that is concourse A.

I purchased a premium hot chocolate which the picture showed whipped cream on top. My hot chocolate had no whip cream. I asked cashier to add whip cream, she was very rude, said to me “What, you want me to create it”. I then tasted the hot chocolate, it was cold and tasted like muddy water. They would not refund my money. They deserve and gets a 0 rating for horrible customer service.

Like literally the best McDonald’s I’ve been to in years and I’m a big McDonald’s fan. The fries were perfectly done and salted. The service was fast. The employees were polite, kind, and personable. Kudos to them and whatever manger created that atmosphere.

I just witnessed a McDonald’s employee at McDonald’s on terminal A being very rude to a customer. The employee was an African American woman with a ponytail, wearing a black polo shirt that said “Sunrise.” A customer said “hey” to get her attention, and she responded by saying, “don’t hey me, I don’t like that,” in a harsh and disrespectful way, as if the customer had done something wrong on purpose.
The employee was loud about it, and another worker with dreadlocks and a face mask, who was prepping food, clearly heard and was discussing the situation with her. The entire interaction was very unprofessional. If this is how customers are spoken to, it is completely unacceptable. The behavior of the staff during this incident was disturbing and reflects very poorly on this location.

This is pretty terrible. I didn’t have high expectations considering it was airport but I just had such a terrible day already. And I just wanted my childhood memories of my little burger and French fries. I expected it to be at least decent. Nope. It was terrible, terrible service. Food took forever. I made the mistake to also get chicken tenders. I’ve always enjoyed it typically. It was so burned and gross. Girls were fighting in the back. I only saw 1 person actually working. And I’m sure it’s because she was in rush because nobody was doing anything but the fries were put in completely upside down. So it was all in my bag. The sweet tea was room temp and all the ice melted. None of the sodas were working.

This McDonald’s could be a perfect candidate for Kitchen Nightmares—the staff here genuinely don’t seem to care.
I ordered a 10-piece nugget, a large fry, and a large Coke Zero with two specific sauces. What I received was the wrong sauce, a half-filled small fry instead of a large, and no drink.
Thankfully, another customer was loudly expressing her frustration, which got the staff’s attention and gave me a chance to request my missing items. Even after asking multiple times, they finally handed over my drink—without a straw—and only one of the sauces I ordered. Still no large fry.
All this happened at 10 p.m. gate A, with an hour until closing.
