We have eaten at this location many times and it’s always a great atmosphere, although we hadn’t been there in quite a number of years. Last week we were in that neck of the woods again so we stopped in for lunch. It did not disappoint. The food was delicious, hot and fresh! The atmosphere was booming and so was the staff. Everyone was super friendly and polite. The place was very clean, including the restrooms which were just recently clean. The play area that was added on to many Burger Kings a number of years ago, but then later found to be a hazard and an unsafe place for kids to play due to the discovery of used hypodermic needles in some locations, had since been completely removed leaving that space totally empty. There was plenty of parking and loads of additional parking in the rear. We even noticed a cute little bench out front for people to sit and eat on, or just to sit. There was also a drive thru at this location. While there appeared to be some road construction happening on the road out in front making it a little more difficult to get in and out of this location, it was still well worth it as the food and atmosphere was excellent.

The WORST place ever! Do not spend your money here, my burger was HORRIBLE. It basically came with a dry slice of meat and cheese nothing else! plus they put the wrong buns

Went around dinner time hoping there would be a high turnover and I would get a fresh hot whopper right off the broiler. Nope, it was cold. Pretty much every time I come to this location, the burger is never hot. The staff is nice, but I want a hot burger.

I had a disappointing experience at this Burger King location around 3:30 PM. I placed an order to dine in, clearly selecting that option, expecting it to be brought to my table as indicated. I waited over 30 minutes for my number to be called — nothing. During that time, I heard the staff call out numbers for other people’s orders, but mine was never announced.
What made it more uncomfortable was that some of the employees kept glancing at me in a strange way while talking and laughing among themselves. It made me feel uneasy. After such a long wait and their behavior, I finally got up and went to the counter — and only then did they give me my food, which had clearly been sitting there for a while.
When I asked why no one had called my number or brought the order to the table, they told me I had to “go up and ask for it,” which makes no sense if I specifically selected “dine in.” The lack of communication, the unprofessional behavior, and the poor customer service from the staff at that time were extremely frustrating. If dine-in orders aren’t being delivered or called, customers should be told from the beginning. I expected much better service.

COMPLAINT | TERRIBLE SERVICE
Today we experienced something completely unacceptable. We found a worm inside FANTA we were served, and instead of taking responsibility, the staff just threw the cup away and pretended nothing happened.
No explanation, no apology — nothing to ensure hygiene or customer safety.
As customers, we deserve respect, transparency, and basic sanitary standards.
I’m sharing this so others are aware and so the establishment takes the necessary actions.
This cannot happen again.

Uber Eats had one of those deals where certain restaurants had 2-for-1 deals. The Burger King at this location was one of those restaurants. So I ordered a large Diet Coke, two Whoppers, 8 piece Jalapeno Cheddar Bites one large French Fries, and one Onion Rings.
The driver had a stop before me but the order got to me on time.
The Whoppers were warm but still good. Same with the Onion Rings and French Fries. The Jalapeno Cheddar Bites were good just not hot. Not bad not great. Just good. No straw but napkins and ketchup. At least the Diet Coke was cold.
Four out of five maybe?
