I don’t know what’s been going on with this place in the last few months but quality and service has fallen off drastically. It always takes forever to get through the drive thru and my order is always wrong. When you charge for extra condiments people expect to get them. Yesterday I went and ordered a 6 piece nugget only to get 4 in the box.

On a road trip and we stopped for beverages and bathroom. The girl acted annoyed to take our order – a medium soda and two small coffees. They were kind of busy with drive through orders, but the dining room was empty and five or six people were working. The soda wasn’t filled and I asked nicely if she could just top it with ice. She may have rolled her eyes(?) but did bring me a cup of ice. There wasn’t a condiment bar so we had to ask for sugar and creamers. I was relieved that another employee (the manager?) grabbed them and he was nice enough. We went on our way and we really weren’t surprised to find the coffee was barely warm. No wonder they’re losing business.

this place is disgusting, the floor and tables were absolutely disgusting. kids were screaming and being extremely disrespectful and nothing was being done about it. the bathroom was completely a mess with all of the trash cans overflowing and a complete mess.there was also a snake in lobby??? what kind of food establishment allows people to bring snakes into a place where food is being served. nothing about this is okay. employees were extremely kind though, they didnt seem like they were the reason behind this. i would assume it is the new management that has came here.

One of the slowest McDonald’s in Washington county Maryland especially if you dine in. However the staff is usually very friendly. The restaurant is always clean, as well as the bathrooms are pretty clean as well.

I went to the drive through and gave my order of one item! I pulled up and waited over 5 minutes before the guy came to take my money, I don’t know where he was, but he was not present at the window. I saw no reason for him to be absent from the window for over 5 minutes and he gave no explanation. I felt I was deserted and almost drove off.

This is how many fries were in my order! These meals cost more than they are worth and I get that but at least fill the container with the fries I’ve paid for! And to add insult to injury, they were cold!

Absolutely FILTHY restaurant. They don’t even bother to have toilet paper in the men’s room. Even by the very low standard that McDonald’s has set, these guys are even worse.

Genuinely HORRIBLE customer service! Can’t do split payments? What? Broken kiosks that wont allow me to use the deals I have on my phone either! Couldn’t even get my food cause I couldnt apply any deals and took 3 people till I got the rude manager to inform me split payment isnt possible.

If you want “fast food” this isn’t the place. It takes 25-30 minutes just to get through the drive through. They’re slow and struggle with basic tasks like heating up generic low quality food
