I use to be able to eat here. Now half the stalls are mobile pick up. Do you just now want people to come eat unless they use the app? I’m sure burger King appreciates it

I had waited over 30 minutes for a mobile order and this is what the parking lot looked like. I called multiple times regarding my order they acted like it would be out shortly. Waited another TEN MINUTES! and had to call again Ms.Emily answered the phone saying they have been busy. She also stated they don’t have a corporate number for me to contact which is insane and makes no sense. Also if this is busy how long would hate to see how long it would take if they actually had business. If you want fast food do not go to sonic on by Southside Walmart. You’ll get Southside business. Employees outside talking to coworkers rather than cooking smh. Pathetic!

there so rude at the Southside location I went through the drive I had 3 adults and 3 children in my vehicle and I wanted to order 9 6″inch chili cheese dogs 2 for the adults and 1 for each kid they told me sorry we can’t do that we don’t want to over work our kitchen staff. Excuse me over work your kitchen staff there was no one else in line or in the parking lot! What kind of restaurant are y’all running? oh let me say this as well this ain’t the first time the Southside has done this either. I had to drive all the way over to park ave to get our order and there was only like 3 people in that store and they had people in there parking lot and u know what they made our order and didn’t complain at all so to the PARK AVE SONIC I GIVE YOU ALL 5 STARS ON ALL 3 categories now as for SOUTHSIDE on Irvin Cobb Drive 0!!!

Count your days, the food was nasty. Got a pretzel and instead of pretzel salt I got it rolled it table salt. Smash burger nothing but meat and cheese. And the meat was balled up there was no smash to it. The drink was diet I don’t drink diet.
At this point somebody don’t wanna be at work. This is why I don’t do Sonic. They are rebuilding building and remodeling but when can the food match the building and be nice???

This Sonic sucks. Don’t waste your time.
We used to go here all the time, then mistakes started to happen, and then if we used the app and pulled up to get it order, they’d tell us no refunds, but what we ordered isn’t available so they could either write a note and we could come back another day, or we could choose something else.
Lots of times it was simple stuff they’d miss, like ordered a plain cheeseburger only to open it and see all the condiments and toppings on.
Twice we have ordered through the app for things like Pretzels or other things on sale. Get there and say “we can’t give refunds, but what you ordered isn’t available”
We thought “let’s try a milkshake during their 1/2 price deal. It’s hard to mess up a milkshake.”
Get there, have to change 2 out of 3 milkshakes.
Then I got home and realized they didn’t even add in the extras to my milkshake that I paid for.
I feel like Sonic wants people to use the app so they can screw people out of more money.
I don’t know what the deal is, but Sonic is no longer an option for an easy night out.

When someone orders something it should look presentable to eat, the onion rings were awful. The workers should be retrained, would not recommend this place to no one, very dissatisfied.

Love the food. I’ve been coming to this exact location for over 20 years but tonight the staff was extremely rude, cutting my autistic wife off as she was trying to order and getting audibly frustrated with her. I was going to let that have a pass but then they handed her the food in an annoyed fashion and walked off without saying anything. That did it for me and I don’t even write reviews. Foods good though.

This is by far one of the most nonchalant Sonics I have been to in Paducah. My son and I went there for lunch, and not only was the order wrong, but it was like they basically gave us what THEY wanted us to have! So we said no big deal, but after spending almost $30, let’s give them the opportunity to correct the mistake! THAT is when it became a big deal! We called and called (we were leaving town and couldn’t go back), to speak to someone to no avail! NO one answered the phone after calling multiple times! It was utter ridiculousness! Customer service is NOT on their list of priorities, and we will NOT be returning to spend hard-earned money at such a lazy establishment! Next time we’ll opt to go elsewhere that we know we will be considered, and the order will be done right the 1st time!

Service was good I got an order of chili cheese tots, I took one bite the chili tasted old and I couldn’t eat it i also got the popcorn like chicken and parts of them were stuck together and wasn’t cooked i wasted almost $16.00 I will not go back.
