I tried the food out here because its been awhile, my sandwich looks embarrasing. Literally looks like 2 pieces of bread. I mean come on now…. Whoever made that knew there was barely anything on it… You all need to spot check the orders so you can see what your employees are serving people. When I was growing up Panera was good, things have changed. Soup was not hot either, barely warm.

Second time eating at this location.
I ordered chicken noodle soup half a sandwich and a m&m cookie.
There was no chicken or noodles in the soup. Just broth. An the cookies weren’t even baked all the way through.
In the video you can see nothing but broth and in the pictures you can see the dough isn’t cooked all the way. Pretty sad for the price you pay for this place.

Kim is absolutely amazing‼️She was so patient and kind to my sister and myself. I would definitely come back to this location because of her above and beyond service. First, I ordered my bacon and egg on a ciabatta. The young lady told me to drive around to the window. I drive around to the window. I sat at the window at least 2 full minutes now that may not seem like a lot but when you’re sitting there and she’s on the other side of the window, ignoring you two minutes is a long time. So she opens the window I pay $7.70 for what I think is way overpriced. she then says OK thank you here’s your change thinking there’s another window to drive around the corner like most places so I drive around and there’s not.
she didn’t say OK you’re hold on, sir. Your food will be right out nothing. So I go inside now and I tell the girl at the front counter I paid for my drive-through and did not know I should’ve waited at the same window. So I’m waiting another two minutes. Finally I spoke to the manager saying hey can you tell me where my food is? They have a terrible system and people that are very unhelpful. Here is what I paid &7.70 for. What do you think? Worth the money???

I probably won’t be back. Went primarily to work over breakfast, but I don’t think they actually want people there. The heat is set to something like 90°, the Wi-Fi doesn’t work and almost no one working there…they’re there but today it looked like ONE GUY was hustling and getting it done. It looks like they want you to clean off your own table before and after using it… Why am I paying to eat here? Left and went to Starbucks down the road.

I stopped by while working in the area, and I can honestly say this is one of the best locations I’ve visited. The staff and manager were exceptionally friendly and provided outstanding customer service. The food was excellent. I definitely recommend this place!

This is a brand new store that opened up and it is very clean. The staff is nice. I have been in a couple times when in the area and there are many people in the restaurant working in their laptops or eating. It is a bright and sunny restaurant that was very nicely done.

We got to this place after 8 pm, and it was a surprise for us the closing time is 10 pm, which is rear in nowadays. Imagine, you drive 4 hours, got to the hotel, and it is already 8 pm. So the place is not new. It looks like renovation is needed, but the serve is pretty quick and has plenty of drinks for kids. But… the food needs soul in it… you know what I mean… and it is expensive, I guess right now everything has become expensive. So I leave 4 stars for people who are working where, but they should add more patience into it.

Super mad I went through the drive-thru and I specifically asked for extra butter and for my baguette to be toasted I get home my baguette is ice cold and I have no butter I also have no silverware or napkins for my soup and it doesn’t seem like there’s extra sauce on my sandwich which I also asked for. I have called over five times just now at 3:30 which are not the times that they mentioned on the phone not to call. Very upset, I guess it’s Bradenton not Sarasota that’s why. But it’s pretty upsetting for a Panera bread. Also I have to add that I finally started eating my sandwich the bread isn’t toasted how it was I get the same thing like almost every other day the bread isn’t even toasted on my chicken Francesca also my mac and cheese is usually creamy and fresh and it’s very dry. And also how are you out of broccoli cheddar soup at 2:30? Totally upset.

I don’t know about you guys, but when I’m eating my food, I don’t want somebody rigorously sweeping a carpet with a broom near my table. Brooms just put everything into the air and then it lands on your food and you eat it. This really turned me off of my meal. The lady that took my order was mediocre at best for customer service. My meal came out in a quick time and it was very good. The young men in the kitchen did a great job.
