Over the past 5 or so years, this location has consistently disappointed me with both service and food quality. I frequently wait to be acknowledged at the drive thru (and have driven off twice while waiting to be helped–to another McDonalds), have not had a special order done correctly at this location since 2019, and am frequently dismayed at the quality of the food in general.
This is an aggregate review across about 40-50 trips over the past half decade to this location. Cannot recommend, sorry.

Just waited 40 minutes in the drive through for these people to mess up my order. Don’t feel like taking 20+ more minutes driving back and waiting on them, or to call McDonald’s useless customer support. Almost every location is horribly run nowadays but this one takes the cake. Genuinely why pay so much for fast food when it’s not fast and they forget your food?

Deleted my previous 5 star review after my recent experience at this location. Came in made my order at the kiosk manager was training and employee and didn’t greet me when I came in. Didi t pay much mind to that at first till the Caucasian gentleman walked in and got a full greeting. As I’m waiting for my coffee and hash browns it says my food was ready to be served this was before anyone else’s orders were taken yet the gentleman behind me who ordered a whole pancake breakfast after gets his food before. Then I bring it to the Spanish managers attention and she has a lil attitude no apology or nothing just lack of any decent customer service.

Very rude manager! Placed a curbside order. Arrived 20 minutes later. McDs App told us our food was being brought out. 15 minutes later we go inside and the manager rudely says she had to send the minors on break…and walked away. No idea if she was grabbing the order or what…. she started bagging another order for drive thru. I guess the minors run the show…. and do all the work?!? Why not just hand me my order? I went inside bc the app marked the order as filled but they never brought the $40 order 10 feet from their door to our vehicle. Nor could they communicate we needed to come in and pick it up. Shake was melted. Food was cold. No apology, no give a damn what so ever. Too many other options to ever go back. Figure out a schedule, that allows for breaks and for the business to keep functioning….

This McDonald’s is disgusting they always serve cold food they never make the food fresh it’s nasty as hell. They don’t follow directions this location should be closed or new management should be hired to really pay attention and make sure that fresh quality food comes out daily

I ordered 8/13(today) and the order came so fast I was happy since this was my first real meal in 2 weeks(depression lows keep you from feeling hungry). Unfortunately this means the QP I ordered tasted dry and old(obviously the cheese had that off old melted cheese color and had inprints of the toppings which have obviously been adjusted). I was a grill crew member and made plenty of these so I know what it looks like and I do understand not wanting to waste food. I probably sound pretentious but it didn’t taste good. I’m stuck halfway through it. The fries were great though and I’m happy they weren’t refried like this burger was regrilled(couldbe)/pre-made. The frappe was also delicious even though it wasn’t filled. Basically my issue is reusing old food during a pandemic. It’s just not a good idea and your customers would be happier with fresh food. There’s a reason the tray hold time is so low. I’m still grateful and frappes make everything better. Thank you for feeding me and I hope y’all have a peaceful day!

I placed a very simple order and even repeated it back to the person at the speaker, but by the time I got to the front to pay, it was completely messed up. It’s frustrating because this happens too often, and it makes me feel like McDonald’s should consider switching to AI orders like Wendy’s to avoid these mistakes. Also, when customers ask for bacon, we mean regular bacon, not Canadian bacon — I get asked this every time, and it’s unnecessary.

Must not have any salt in the building. 3 visits within 2 weeks and not a single atom of salt on my frys. Come on yall. Drive threw is always fast and some of the nicest lady’s. Just need salt

Service was really slow. I ordered and 2 other orders went out before mine. One of them being a lunch order. I ordered breakfast! Normally not an issue with this McDonald’s! Enough for me to say something about though. I waited over 30 minutes for my food!

Decent place but I ordered table service they brought everyone else’s out with a tray even walked out and attempted to find the customer if there weren’t there but I had to get up and get mine and they gave to me a to go bag so message received I guess ……gave 2 stars because at least the food was good
