This Zaxbys is the worst I’ve ever been to. The Texas toast literally smells like garbage, my wings are overcooked … which has never happened before at any other zaxbys. There is no sauce on them. Every single meal is cold. My husband has to drive 20 minutes so they can at least give us sauce. Not sure I even trust my 3 year old eating this. The kids working there do not care about giving good service and making good food. This is giving a bad name to a good food chain.

Was told to get out of line because I had a mobile order and then put in the back of a very long long. Isn’t the point of mobile order to make everyone’s lives easier? Seems this establishment punishes using the app as the company encourages to use.

The workers are so nice and helpful! Unfortunately, the fries and bread tasted old and were cold.

Bought this meal for my son. Was not happy with coal slaw and fries were saugy. Not a good meal for the price. Won’t eat here again. And they stopped selling the spicy fried mushrooms which is the whole reason I used to eat here.

I drove 15 miles to realize they did not put sauce in the chicken as ordered. Then they made me drive back all the way for refund. You could tell how the manager didn’t care with an apology that sounded like it was being forced out of her. My son had to spend another hour waiting till i got him something else, somewhere else of course.

Placed an order after work on a Wednesday and was told that they were closed due to some dumb party and that I wasn’t going to get my food. Was later told that I could get my refund the next day. I mean, I already had low expectations because it’s a fast food place but come on.

I ordered a fried Cobb salad and asked for no cucumbers. The lady taking my order told me to “pay attention to the sign” as they don’t have cucumbers. Ok not sure why she felt the need to respond that way, but even with that – if she was referring to the paper sign that was curled up and blank taped to the menu, it was unreadable most likely due to rain earlier that day.
After letting that crazy talk slide, I received my $5+ milkshake which looked about 3/4 full and as if it had been sitting for an hour.
Used to go here 1-2x/week but after this I’ll have to find a new habit.
