I was left standing waiting for someone to serve me. Then I’m watching the manager on fb live with his phone prepped up having a conversation. I had to get a workers attention so I can get some help. I asked was that the manager and he said yes but he don’t speak any English. You got to be kidding me. Mcdonalds on Port Washington Rd. Y’all have to do better. I will not come back. On top of that I was over charged and the worker had to go get the drive thru worker to help. While the manager was on his live I couldn’t believe it. Never go to this Mcdonalds I need a full refund.

I hadn’t eaten McDonald’s too much as an adult, but I was hungry and stopped here. Ordered 2 fillet of fish and a small fry; all of it was lukewarm at best. I ended up tossing the fries. The sandwiches felt and tasted like they had been under a warmer for a while. At this point, the Why of a meal being like this doesn’t really matter. I don’t know if I was more disappointed at the nostalgic hype I felt, or spending that much money for an absolutely crappy meal. I’ll probably end up receiving some cookie cutter reply about what McDonald’s strives to be, etc. Solution: I’ll spend my money elsewhere from now on.

If I can give no stars I would I deliver mail in the area after my route. I thought I can go get a hot chocolate to warm up due to the cold weather we had this week. I walked in a shift leader I’m guessing is but when I walked in he told me that they are out of milk. They can’t complete my order. I asked to cancel the order. He told me they don’t control the app, but the app told me that I cannot cancel it because the order is already in Progress. I told him the information that I received from the app. He then kept telling me that there’s nothing that he can do I asked for a manager the manager came and he did not speak English. He asked the shift leader to assist me. He told me that he can’t talk to the manager because he don’t speak Spanish, but he look like he’s Spanish-speaking but not all speak Spanish but how is there a manager that don’t speak English when you in the area that mainly speak English he then wanted to argue with me. I begged him not to argue with me as I’m a customer, and I do not want to argue with you. I just want a refund he had to talk the whole time wanted to argue until he finally made a decision to give me a refund which he said he couldn’t do why lied to customers why argue with customers do not work at fast food if you cannot handle.

My sandwich was made wrong so I went to the counter to have them make me a new one and I literally watched the cook open up my sandwich pull off the condiments that were not supposed to be on it and send it right back out to be given to me. The lady behind me was so disgusted she asked for a refund because she no longer wanted her food and they argued with her and tried saying they couldn’t give her a refund. Do not eat here, worst experience I have ever had at a McDonalds.

My visit was easy, comfortable, and satisfying. Good food, friendly service, convenient parking, and a relaxed atmosphere made it a great. I will happily return again and recommend this location to others looking for a quick and pleasant restaurant to visit.

The manager Alex refused to give me my money back for a double fish sandwhich that had mold on it. told me that McDonald’s does not give out refunds that I need to take another sandwich. I stated I will not be taking another sandwich when you just clearly see this one has mold on it then he refuse to service me so I asked for the number to corporate that’s when he decided that oh ok you can have a refund no, not good. Please don’t eat from here. This is totally disgusting.8/22/2025

If you want to pay too much to eat some egg shells or burnt food that’s somehow still undercooked this place has you all the way covered. Complained to corporate about this place many times and nobody cares. If this review stops even one person from patronizing this place I consider that a win

Fries were dry over cooked and had no salt. The lettuce was not fresh on my chicken sandwich soggy wilted tomato was not fresh either. Very disappointed especially when I came right when lunch started expecting a fresh meal for lunch time. The meat on my Cheeseburger didn’t taste right maybe the grill wasn’t cleaned properly between the change over from breakfast to lunch.

Mobile order wrong. First lobby is supposed to be open till 10 pm. Lobby was closed at 8. Go to drive thru window, worker slow didn’t recognize number ask for manager went to first window still didn’t recognize mobile number tell me to go to first window recognize number and name but got the wrong order. Paid for 2 double cheeseburger got mcdoubles. Lobby should have been open
