I stopped in Sat. 2/7/26 about 2pm. There were only 4 people working behind the counter. The wait on the food was less than 5 minutes. The staff was efficient, friendly and very impressive. When my order came up, it was fresh, hot and beautiful. My Whopper looked better than the picture on the board. I couldn’t be happier. I have NEVER had a bad experience at this particular Burger King, but today was magical.

On August 9, 2025, my sister and I ordered from the Pineville, NC Burger King (me via mobile app, her through the drive-through). After waiting 10 minutes just to order with only two cars ahead, we received our food and started eating in the car. The fries tasted off, and when my sister opened her burger, the bun had visible mold. We returned immediately, and the supervisor acted dismissive, whispering to staff and only refunding her burger at first. When I opened mine, I also found mold. No real apology, no concern for the fact they served unsafe food.
We took pictures and will be reporting this to corporate. If we hadn’t noticed in time, we could have eaten the entire burger. Completely unacceptable. Avoid this location.

The service to my 5 and 7 yr old grandkids was outstanding!!! They had patience in waiting for the kids to explain what they wanted. The boys enjoyed themselves and loved the cheeseburgers made the way they wanted them and felt the slogan “You Rule” was true to life.

Undercooked, dirty inside and rude… Rude staff who says “it is freshly cooked” even when I showed them the burger wasnt cooked or barely hot! Tables wetent clean. No soda either except 3 drinks. Save your money go elsewhere!

Went on Jan 10th, Must of had a GM in the building or something because it was the best BK experience I’ve ever had! Food was super quick and it was excellent! Everyone was also super polite and upbeat!

No consideration for FOOD SAFETY. Today We pulled up to the delivery window #2 get a soda. The manager on duty was cleaning the drive thru windows by spraying some cleaner and wiping it without using gloves. He then proceeded to fill our drink and lid without using any gloves or cleaning his hands.
When I asked him why he is not wearing gloves before touching food, he tried to lie saying the drink was made by someone else. But moments before that I saw him fill my drink. When I said I saw him fill my drink he went silent.
I asked for the manager. But since he was the manager I had no one else to raise the issue. This location is least bothered about Food Safety. Beware!!

I frequently visit Burger King and my go-to order is the Impossible Whopper with cheese, a fantastic meat alternative that my wife and I thoroughly enjoy. However, we prefer it without ketchup. Unfortunately, this particular Burger King location seems to struggle with that request. Despite clearly specifying “no ketchup” during my last three visits, each time the order has included ketchup. On my most recent visit, I reiterated my request to the drive-thru attendant, emphasizing my previous experiences. He assured me there would be no mix-up, saying, “No problem, I got you!” Yet, after a lengthy wait—which I mistakenly thought was due to them preparing our Whoppers without ketchup—. It is disappointing that this simple request has been repeatedly unmet.
