They’re really lucky there aren’t any negative stars because I would give them five. I ordered the three for $7 and this is my bacon cheeseburger with only ketchup. I checked my sandwich before I left and I asked her ‘where’s my bacon” this is a half a piece of bacon. She replied “yes” because you have a little bacon cheeseburger. I said “what” I don’t even get a whole piece of bacon huh? She said “no”, so I asked for a refund because this is ridiculous. I definitely won’t be coming back or recommending the bacon cheeseburger off the 2 for $5 or 3 for $7 menu to anyone. Least Wendy’s biggie bag gives you whole pieces of bacon for $5.

I was at this place on Saturday night around 10:30 p.m. I really got good food and service. The cashier was very friendly and attentive. She offered me different types of sauces and was very helpful when asking if everything was okay with my order. It’s Burger King, you know, and it’s not my favorite place, but they do their job. I would definitely go back.

We love Burger King for the food but just keep in mind that pretty much every Burger King is super slow. Make sure to double check your meal before you drive off. If you have the app, they always have a lot of good deals. I still go here all the time because I prefer it to McDonald’s or Wendy’s.

The food was very good, freshly made, my sandwiches were hot and so were my fries, the bad thing was that I had to wait around 6 minutes, it was busy yes, but I think waiting 6 minutes is a long time, the service was pretty good, the ladies who know how to serve are quite friendly and always answer any questions.

Service was horrible not only did they get my order wrong. I asked for two large meals. They gave me one large meal one medium meal and then up charge me two dollars on a different transaction cause I told them I needed both mails large. They charge me an extra two dollars for a breakfast item that had nothing to do with an up charge, which was well over what it should’ve been not only did they do all of that. There was hair in my food. My bun was wet, utter disaster.
Upon trying to call the store to let them know, I need my mail replaced or fixed because the hair in the food. The store does not have a phone or a working phone because when you call it, it dials and then hangs up immediately.

I had a great experience at Burger King! The food was fresh, hot, and made just the way I ordered it. The Whopper was juicy with that signature flame-grilled flavor, and the fries were perfectly crisp. The restaurant was clean and well organized, and the staff were friendly and quick with my order. It’s always nice when fast food actually lives up to its name. Definitely one of the better Burger King locations I’ve been to, and I’ll be coming back soon.

We stopped here for dinner and the food was okay, as expected from Burger King. However, the waiting time was way too long. We waited around 25 minutes just to get our order, which was disappointing, especially for a fast-food place. The staff seemed busy, but the delay really affected the overall experience. Hope they can improve the service speed in the future.

About half the time my family order is missing something. If you are ordering just for yourself you are probably safe, but if you are ordering for your family and taking it home you should take the time to verify they got it right. Otherwise, the food and restaurant are both very good. Kind of a busy street. I wouldn’t expect to turn left when leaving the location. If you have a family that can’t agree on what to eat, it is right next to a Popeyes giving you some alternatives for picky eaters. I use this location often.

Great and clean atmosphere, service was terrible, ask the cashier why there’s no service in the store and she didn’t know. Also ask for her store number for location to use on app and she also didn’t know that. Food was salty with a lot of sauce in chicken sandwich. Overall not satisfied and disappointed, will not return again.

I don’t typically go to BK, but hubby got coupons and asked me to give it a try. Food and atmosphere were normal – nothing remarkable. Thus, not 1 star.
But the service wasn’t good. After my order total was rung up, I felt it was off (did the basic math in my head). Not by much, but still.
When I’d checked the receipt, he rounded up 2 items that were priced xx.99 to the next dollar. No biggie. But that didn’t explain the off total.
I realized the reason why was b/c an item (which I purchased 2 of) was priced differently on the menu board vs. how it was at the register ($3.20 instead of $2.80). Not a big difference, but it’s fast food, so I chose to try items based on the price-value. (I would have picked something else at that charged price had that been noted accurate on the menu, but I didn’t want to hold up the line.)
I told the cashier, but he mumbled something so I wasn’t sure if he didn’t hear or just didn’t care. I told him one last time after he gave me my food, that the price listed on the menu was incorrect. He just looked me in the eye and finally said clearly, “I know.”
Good customer service would have been to honor the price shown. Basic would have been to at least apologize.
Again, b/c it’s fast food, not worth causing a scene, but worth writing a review about, imo, b/c the basics of 1) listing prices accurate, 2) charging prices accordingly, 3) not leaving the customer w/the cost–however small–of the errors of the biz & associates, are notable.
Have no idea if anything else was mischarged, but won’t be going back to this location, since this was the impression I got for my first experience at a BK.
