I had such a great experience at this nations giant burger!The service was amazing from start to finish. Our cashier Aracela was super friendly and really seemed to care about our visit. She even mentioned one of her favorite meals on the menu , I decided to try it, and she was absolutely right, it was delicious!
What really stood out to me was how attentive she was. She made sure everything was okay and even asked if the meal was served the way I liked it. You can tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely wants guests to enjoy themselves.
The food and service were all top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back soon and recommending this place to friends and family!

I always enjoy coming to Nation’s because the food is just consistently good. The burgers are juicy, the fries are hot and crispy, and it’s the kind of comfort food you know you’re going to enjoy every time.
This visit was even better because of the service. Aracely was really sweet and welcoming, checked in to make sure everything was okay, and just had such a positive attitude. Little things like that honestly make a big difference.

I absolutely love this Nation’s Giant Hamburgers location. I travel out of my way just to come to this specific one because the food is always fresh, hot, and consistently delicious. The staff here is friendly, welcoming, and clearly takes pride in their work, which makes every visit a great experience. This location stands out from others because of its excellent customer service, cleanliness, and attention to quality. No matter how far I have to travel, it’s always worth it to come to this Nation’s—they truly do an amazing job.

This is the most unprofessional outrageous experience I’ve ever had in my entire adult life. A meal that I paid for in its entirety with proof of the transaction being complete on my end was withheld by the “claimed” manager of this establishment. My family of five were left hungry, disappointed, and highly upset. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. The so called management claimed their PoS system stated it was declined, however my statement and notifications tell a very different story. In the spirit of compromise, I offered my name and phone number in addition to leaving my debit card number so that if for any reason, the transaction disappears on my end, they would have the ability to go ahead and run my card. The woman refused and left me with no food, and her attitude was absolutely awful. I am completely appalled that she would rather throw away our meal than give paying customers the benefit of the doubt when I was beyond willing to give her whatever would make her feel comfortable in knowing that it was paid for. I requested for her to call the owner or somebody above and she completely refused. I have never experienced this level of disregard in my entire life. She absolutely does not belong in customer service.
If the owner of this establishment sees this scathing but honest review I would love to speak with you about your employee, and I would love to give your establishment another opportunity to make things right and I will absolutely change this review if my concerns and my experience are met with respect and sincere regret.

The waitress was unprofessional in her response. I simply inquired about the status of the French fries being fried and whether they could be served separately from the previously cooked fries in the pan. Her attitude was inappropriate and disrespectful.

I was this morning at this location and I ordered me a two egger breakfast with French toast and I can say that the food was delicious but the French toast was the best French toast I ever ate.
