So I had stop at this Wendys to get me burger with fries. Now the burger had no issue but what was horrible and nasty was a bug in my fries at the bottom when I dumped them in my burger packet cause I ate my burger first. I will not be going back to this Wendys that’s just unsanitary. Years ago this Wendys was no issue and clean. So, I’m glad I didn’t eat no further with my fries. So, I advised be careful if you do go cause bugs in food that’s nasty yo. I’m pissed off about that. Main reason y I have slowed down eating out people not clean like you are.

If I could give this restaurant a negative I would
I was passing through.
Order a number 7 no bun.
Received a Cold, old nasty stale burger, no cheese and no bacon.
Toppings are stale and the fries are cold.
Called the store however no one answers the phone.
Hard to find good help and good management.

This is our official first review here on LegendsofThePeople but on today’s review we are doing something we feel is very important to us as well as our local community here in Columbia, SC. It is with great honor and privilege to recognize the men and women of Wendy’s at 2360 Legrand Road in Columbia, SC. We got to meet, dine with and experience a truly remarkable case of dedicated teamwork and positivity that made even the impossible seem conquerable. The sheer amount joy we found in the laughter, smiles, jokes and friendship with this crew should be recognized and remembered into the future as a pillar and prime example of how even a small group can bring positivity and hope in an economy that can feel impossible to beat sometimes. So again it is our great honor and privilege to recognize each and every one of you for being the best parts of this economy as individuals. We look forward to seeing you all again 🙂

This is my 3rd time eating in at this particular location. Every time I’ve come inside, the lobby has not been clean. Each time, there was only one or two ppl eating in the lobby. There is literally no excuse for the lobby to be this nasty every time I come inside.

food was cold, asked for no pickles in a Jr deluxe only to get 5 pickles in the sandwich. got ripped off on the small fries and medium fries, the atmosphere seemed so beren not even a doordasher stayed long, the cashier doesn’t even show a hint of joy or a whole facade of happiness instead they sounded more like “I hate this job and everyone in this building.” Even one of the workers said “I’m ready to clock out, this manager is pissing me off.” and that’s something to keep it to yourself rather than speaking it casually infront of the lobby.

I just went to this Wendy’s location on legrand road like I always do and tonight there was just ignorant workers who gave me cold food and a ripped bag . I never have an issue when I go to this place in the day time but tonight was horrible.cold spicy nuggets ugh this had me so upset

Swift intetaction time for ordering and receiving your order that’s placed, took only at most 2 minutes just to get my order. Very friendly staff, really draws you in to want to come again; just cause of the one interaction you have, they really seem like they’d go up and beyond just to get you to come back. The atmosphere was great also, no trash or messes left to pick up, and they have plenty of comfy seating. Their drink selection is also good, a lot more than mchdonalds or Chick-fil-A has.

Had not been here in awhile due to the fact they never seem to have all the frosty flavors when I do go. I have the key ring that allows one to get it free too. Doesn’t mean much if they are always out of the kind you like. Also they seem rude at times in the past as well as long waits in drive thru. Well, the food was better and the drive-thru moved faster. The only small problem was one overly greasy burnt fry in the french fry container. No big deal, I just did not like looking at it. Finally, the drive order taker was friendly but needs to tell which window they want you to pull up to. The young lady at the drive thru needs a personality check. Body language speaks volumes. Somewhat unfriendly at first. I looked to see if my order was ready and she pulled the bag back as if she did not want me to see my own food. I will chalk it up to negative thinking on her part. I spoke after receiving my order from her, and then she seemed more polite afterwards. They need more training in my opinion.

Went to Wendy’s tonight and asked for my food to be cooked fresh. Told them I would wait for hot fresh food.
Well, they pulled me up and still did not give me hot fresh food. Ordered two single big bacon classics combos in separate bags. Did not receive them in two separate bags. The lady at the last window did not take the time to stay at the window to completely let me finish what I was saying. Maybe she was multi tasking ..I do not know. Her actions came off as a little rude. Some employees still need training at this location.

Fries were cold and shrivelled and they were out of ketchup. I went inside the Restaurant to see if there was ketchup in the dispensers and the dispensers weren’t even operational. There was also a huge huge huge puddle of water in the middle of the restaurant.
How can you run a restaurant that one of the main menu items is French fries but not have ketchup? And why did they not tell us When we were ordering. I probably would not have ordered fries at all and they were cold and old. Very disappointing where is the management at this location?
